Description
My Medication Diary is an app that not only reminds you to take your medication on time but a comprehensive diary to keep tab of every aspect of the medications you are taking now and were taking before.
It is simple to use, easy to reference yet comprehensive.
Features
• This app helps you with the medications you are taking:
o The name, dosage or number, how you are going to take it (e.g. pills or injections), the number of times per day, the time you need to take it and the duration you need to take it.
o It alerts and reminds you at the time you need to take it.
• You are able to keep a history of all the medications you were on before.
• You can keep a history of all the medications you are allergic to and the type of allergy you had with a particular medication.
• There is a special window for you to write about your medications or write your personal health notes.
• This app is password protected.
Please note. My Medication Diary is an app to aid you with your medications. However, you should still record and remember aspects of your medications despite this app.

5 ★ I've used other apps before and this one talked the cake! All of my doctors love it! I've got it on both my tablet and my phone and do does my husband! Wet highly reccomend this app to anyone ( like us ) who sees multiple doctors, and takes multiple medications. I would success though, that you add a place where we can add on the vitimins and supplements that are not prescriptions.
3 ★ My Dr loved this and wants to recommend it to ALL his patients. Only real problem is that it stopped recording that I took my meds. I was rushed to ER last week with a heart attack and the ER Dr said he wished everyone had the smarts to install this. It could save your life, time is truly of the essence, an app vs waiting on lab results.
2 ★ When setting up my meds, I couldn't set the commencement date before the 1st of this year. I've been on some meds for years. And I shouldn't have to enter a reminder time of I don't want a reminder. A few other improvements would be good too but those are the ones I noticed right away and are making me switch top a different app.
5 ★ Love it! I have a lot of drug allergies. This allows me to keep a record of all of these drugs and the side effects. Thanks!
3 ★ When using app on Android phone you can't get the commencement date to go back several years. This doesn't give you accurate information . Would be great if this could be fixed
5 ★ Every time I go to the pharmacy they tell me I've picked up that medicine and they asked me which medicine is due I don't know whose job it is but I have proof now of the medicines I take I like this app
3 ★ I want my notes to show up in order. They're all scattered in no order lol
3 ★ Nice but I think it needs some improvement... Notes for individual medication, purpose for med and/or what it treats, [maybe] second name for med - generic or brand name.
2 ★ Just a list of meds. I was looking for something that I could keep daily records and notes in. They shouldn't call it a diary if you can't do that.
