1 ★ Often has blank pages and app needs to be restarted, sometimes this helps, often it doesn't. Nearly useless. Highlighting may or may not work, depending on the book.

1 ★ Ummm ... what is this app supposed to do? I have a company-provided subscription to EBSCOHost, but I don't see that listed as one of the supported Libraries. So, either this app doesn't do what I expected, or it hides that capability really well. Either way ... Uninstalled.

1 ★ Not only the worst ebook app I have ever used, but perhaps the worst app ever. Doesn't let you change the font size, zooming sucks, highlighting is near impossible and now after crashing couple of times, I can't even open any books.

1 ★ Hate to be that guy... But others are right, this app is simply not good. Everything is slow, the user interface is confusing, text size on most books can't be changed from "really tiny"... The app is just fundamentally bad. It's a shame :(

1 ★ This app takes ages to download any book for offline reading. It then often crashes after viewing the first couple of pages. The interface when viewing book content is abysmal.

1 ★ We are unable to validate your login credentials. The URL you are using may contain an error or the group and profile you are trying to access may no longer exist. Please contact your institution for assistance. [Authentication Error Code 104] I refuse to believe "my institution" has anything to do with this app not being able to even ID me properly..

1 ★ Utterly useless. My library is on the app but it refused to connect to it, even after having registered on EBSCO. Disappointing!

1 ★ I can't open any of my REQUIRED TEXTS from the EBSCO website because they just won't open on the app. There is absolutely no way for the app to recognize the .acsm files despite what it tells you.

1 ★ Broken library account integration. Unnecessary PDF association.

1 ★ This app is way too glitchy and you cant change the text size and it stops workig whenever you open another window or turn the page.

1 ★ It tells me my user ID and password combination does not exist but I know it is the right ones and tried it many times it does not work!

1 ★ The app is not working. I downloaded the book and moved it in ebsco folder And it took too much time extracting. Plus, the app closed itself several times.

1 ★ Just a poorly coded app. I could probably do better.

1 ★ App is horrible no printing option, don't small, app crashed several times, this is the only way to get an ebook through my university.

2 ★ I can't search for a word in the ebook. It shuts down the apps saying unfortunately the app stopped working.
