Will continue booking travel tickets from this app from now onwards. 1 ★ This is scam app.I had very worst experience with this app, I booked hotel and when I reached the hotel that hotel was not present in the location, hotel was shifted to some other location which is 15-20 km far and there was no transportation present. No Custemer service was provided to me, they were keep saying wait for 15 mins, me and my wife standing on road for more than 2 hours. They are making scam with help of hotels. I request take strict actions against this kind of apps .
5 ★ It's been a while I shifted from Goibibo to Easemytrip for my travel and holiday planning, so far it was going good with the available offers which are amazing. Today I am going a step ahead and recommending everyone to get this app and do ur travel planning. Today's assistance by Mr. Aman was very swift and the problem was solved. Flight cancelled msg was delivered to me but rescheduled was not delivered. Customer care resolved the issue in few minutes and good to go.
1 ★ I am disappointed with the EaseMyTrip app's refund process. It seems they do not automatically refund canceled trips, and one has to reach out to customer care for resolution. This lack of transparency is concerning and not in line with genuine service. Hoping for better customer-centric practices in the future.
1 ★ SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY! I booked my flight tickets with ease my trip and cancelled it in 6 days of booking. Flight was after 2 months. Out of Rs 44690/- i got back only 7492/- . Airlines were ready to refund but this app and their personnel deducted Rs. 36000/- out of my ticket without any reason and when you seek customer support they will keep on making you wait and try to make you tired. Totally Unprofessional. Stay away if you want to save your money.
1 ★ Wrost portal ever seen. Arrogant costomer support. They cancel your hotel booking and think just returning the amount will fix everything. If your complete journey is disrupted (flight/ taxi) because of their behaviour its the fault of costomer. They will give you the replacement of wrose type. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Install other app like travel, goibibo or cleartrip or anything else but not ease my trip.
1 ★ Ok I support make in India. But if it's can provide good service then what to do . I am searching train from station to destination. Showing no train . Where book it from different app. Make things better for us if we trust you you give proper service.

1 ★ Worst app ever and the customer care service sucks. I have a booked a flight. The payment has been made and the money has been deducted from my account. After this I didn't receive any message or PNR no. or the ticket. It happened to me twice. And as for the customer service when we called them it said that there were no agents to attend the call . When they called me first, they won't say anything.
1 ★ My first booking experience was not good. They gave a welcome bonus of Rs.500 in EMT wallet. But it was not available for redemption at the time of payment for the flight booking. It was not even appearing in the payment section. When I raised a complaint to them through customer care number and email id, they couldn't give a solution. It looks like a Misrepresentation / Misselling just to onboard more customers to their portal. Disappointing 😞

1 ★ I have booked two rooms in a hotel with help of easemytrip nad got the cofirmation for booking. Once I attempted to check in at hotel desk, they denied as hotel was sold out. I left with no options by application. The customer care of easetrip fooled me for 3-4 hours and showed that they are supporting me. But actually they had no valid reason for scrap out what they have done after taking money.
1 ★ Don't make account in this aap because they mislead customer. I booked a flight ticket from this website and flight canceled. When i make a call to customer care they not responding my call. After some many tried my call connected and they said we will not able to refund your amount.
