Download the latest Cell Map application, version 1.7.2, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by Ear to Eak Oak and is easy to download and install.

Description
Cell Map plots the location and strength of all the cell transmitters that your phone is connected to. Just move closer to one for a better signal!
Cell Map can even locate transmitters that are too weak to make a call from, ideal for areas with poor signals.
3G and 4G connections typically only give information about one mobile mast, but switching your device to 2G will potentially allow you to view more cell sites and is recommended

The following permissions are used:
Location - Needed to get cell information and place your current location on the map.
Internet - Required to download cell and map data.
Photos / Media / Files & Storage - Allows you to save discovered cells to a file.

Cell Map 1.7.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.

4 ★ I can't understand why this app will show me as being connected to towers in my town but often times I will drive to the tower's location and I see no tower there.

1 ★ Yup. This Samsung phone is great! The app shows its connected to towers in China and Mexico! I'm surprised it doesn't show my connection to the one on the moon though.

3 ★ Major problem is that it doesn't work at all unless your mobile data is up. Need to be able to see which tower you're connectimg to when you can't get data. Please fix this for better reviews.
5 ★ Awesome app. This is the only app I found that actually works and I have tried everyone I could find paid and free. At first I thought it was showing me cells that didn't exist but then noticed micro-cells on top of telephone poles.
