EMIRATES AUCTION diversified its activities with the same success into real estates, and used vehicles with expansion to its physical and online bidding.
EA app is It allows you in real time to:
· Take you to a secure bilingual site;
· Register, pay deposit, and place bids;
· Browse through different categories of available auctions;
· View each auctionable item’s image and specifications, and monitor bid placement movement;
· Review auctions’ results;
· Take you to view location of auctionable property and our yard on Google® map;
· Email our staff directly.

1 ★ I saw a lot of critical comments (Reviews) down below but Emirates Auction doesn't reply to any of them, this shows me everything I need to know about the app. It's a No No.

1 ★ They sold our car in 2019, Jaguar xkr convertible I 59793 - 2015 way far under value. Car in normal costs around 70K, but they "sold" it for 20K. Actually it is against the law of auction, because car was almost new not much driven, in a good condition. Although they sold it under value, did not send the fund to bank, and bank is still waiting fund from your side. You can check on your system guys, now 2021 still I am and bank is waiting for your reply.

1 ★ I have bought a car lot#118322 since January and still didn't get my documents I can't drive the car nor can I sell it, I have no idea why it taking so long, I'm calling and sending E mails on daily basis but no response, what can I do now? is there's any solution I need help update: they finally respond they need the car back after waiting and spending money repairing the car, this is really unprofessional any they said the money I paid will go back to my account after 20 days and not full paid
1 ★ Systematic Fraud - Stay away! Was winning the bid, countdown stopped and then reappeared without me winning. Countless other bidsings got time extended without any reason.
1 ★ Really I don't know it was too much time consuming one . because of your delay I have to postpone my annual leave also . Really you are giving to much bad service for the customer and not care of our values. I don't know why you are working . It's really an cheat . From I got the bid it's starts. You people are really cheating us. After payment no one is take care about after sales services.
1 ★ Just installed and looked into the app. All unprofessional and came back here to see the reviews Since I read the reviews I would Uninstall this app. there is no positive feedback about this app.
1 ★ I wish I couldn't give a star, but unfortunately I don't know why we have to give a star. It suffices that the administration is deaf and blind. Frequently exaggerated updates. There is no specified time for the bid to expire, which makes it available for manipulation by bidders. Often there is not enough information about what is offered for sale, and the pictures are often insufficient, and the owners also manipulate prices or delegates.
1 ★ Had the worst time with them. Lets start with i bought two cars from them they kept pushing me to give the money urgently or else late fees will apply. After giving the complete payment they told me to collect the cars and the papers will be given to you soon. Kept calling them for 6 months the customer representatives were so uncooperative. Finally after going to their office and shouting they agreed to take the car back cause apparently they still didn't have the paper.
3 ★ The app is fair. It can improve if they listen well to the customer. The auctions time can go forever it never finish unless people stop to do so. The time keeps increasing for additional hours. I hope they add alert option where it notify you when ever specific car maker you interest appears on auction. Also if they could make you set your max bid so then it will increase automatically until reach your max bid amount, better than keep increasing manually all the time.

1 ★ The countdown is reset many time to 10 min when close to 2 min that increases the bids but lures the people having put bid earlier. In short you know it's finished when you're below 1 min so simply never bid above this remaining time. In addition the final price is almost same as the market price such Dubizzle adds so better you buy else cause owners of the car are unknown here.
2 ★ Not professional people, app is not useful, you can't search by brand or by year for the cars. They dont have any standards of taking picture of the cars. Sometime 35 picture for one car, sometimes 5 only. They take picture for every button in the car for no reason. Is the tyres are so important that's why you take picture for each tyre. Sometimes times the prices of fhe cars will go higher than the market.Sometimes they are no enough information about the car ( maker, year, model).Not pro at all
