This app uses the Device Administrator permission. eScan Tablet Security needs these permissions to turn on Self-Defence and, if it is lost or stolen, to automatically lock the device, wipe personal data, and take a mugshot of the person currently using the device.

App Features:
✔ Anti-Theft: Allows data wiping, device blocking, locating the device using Google Maps. ‘Scream’ feature allows you to remotely sound the alarm to help you find your device. The alarm works even when the device is in ‘silent’ mode.
✔ Anti-Virus: Real-time scanning and protection against viruses, infections and other cyber threats.
✔ Parental Control: Allowing and blocking specific web sites and applications.
✔ Privacy Advisor: Provides the complete list of applications using device permissions.
✔ Application Control: Blocks access to applications, unless specified.
✔ Lock Watch: Captures a Photo of the user using front camera whenever device unlock attempt fails for more than twice.
✔ Share App: Allows you to share eScan Tablet Security App with your family and friends using Bluetooth or email.

eScan Tablet Security 7.1.0.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows modification of the telephony state - power on, mmi, etc.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to delete packages.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Required to be able to reboot the device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
This constant was deprecated in API level 8. The restartPackage(String] API is no longer supported.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to call killBackgroundProcesses(String].
