Building strong English vocabulary has never been so exciting for preschoolers and toddlers. EFlashApps Plus Educational Baby Flash Cards Plus in English features over 500 high quality images with text and voiceovers. There are additional real sounds where applicable (such as a lion's roar or an ambulance siren) to enhance visual and auditory learning and memory simultaneously. Parents have the option to turn voiceovers off during parent-child learning session and turn voiceovers on when the child is self-learning. They can enable Question Mode to display 4 images and ask the child to click on the right answer. Complexity of words is perfect for ages 1 to 4 so two or more young siblings can play together and even teach eachother!

4 ★ I like that they have a wide variety of objects and that they use real pictures and sounds, rather than cartoony images. Things I would change: cupboard is misspelled (cupbord) and I wish the paid version would come out with more flashcards occasionally.
4 ★ My 2 yo loves this app. The only flaw is that when he gets excited and hits the pages a couple times it backs up answers, otherwise great!
5 ★ Both my 15 month old and my five year old love this app. It's educational and it keeps them entertained when out and about which is always a plus for a busy mom on the go. My five year old is autistic and this app had definitely helped with his speech.
4 ★ My 19 month old gets excited to play the food flash cards which she calls "fries" due to the picture displayed on the menu screen. She is quite disappointed when fries do not come up in that collection of flashcards. Other than that I feel this app has helped her in trying to say more words, not necessarily expanding her vocabulary on its own but her interest in the names of things has certainly grown. Edited to add shapes category needs to be fixed- circle shows a oval and vise versa.

5 ★ Our son has been using this app to learn the alphabet since he was 12 month. He is now 2 and is a pro. Suggest lowercase letters also for the app.
