App permissions
Xenius SEMS 5.5.3 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

5 ★ Excellent informative app to have. Gives complete visibility of how I consumer energy. This has helped me optimize my energy bills.
3 ★ Too many bugs and user experience is zero. Amateurish design, no friendly user experience, lot of internal functions doesn't works. After the latest update, some of the functions not even working . I have to manually depend on estate management teams for electricity details.
1 ★ Post last update, application is not showing correct data, most of the information is either blank or shows, error. Further it says use online payment service, but there's no payment gateway. Wish I could have an option to give negative star rating.
3 ★ Today's update has a major bug....no graphs, charts or historical reports are available any more. They were all there till just before the app updated. The only visible change is the new scrolling banner that has been added. Kindly check.
1 ★ There are lot of discrepancies in the Xenius app, this app is not transparent at all.Builders can easily tweak and charge whatever they want to.Current applicable Rates section is empty.Government should have a control and check on Xenius app..
5 ★ Now its wrking perfectly fine issue resolved thums up to the backened team wrking on issue and get this resolved in 24 hrs. Thanx a ton. So giving now 5 stars. Actual complaint-Daily graph report not showing... On another phn its showing bt not on mine..i log out and re login... I unistall nd reinstall tooo...bt same issue..and even not showing correct balance amount 100 Rs diff on multiple phn.
1 ★ I haven't seen an application more unresponsive than Xenius. Despite logging in several times, the home screen won't appear. Stuck at login screen. Tried reinstall, cleared cache, storage, etc. The app won't just open. Sucks.
3 ★ Hi, App login not working. Not letting to reset as well, saying registered mobile number does not exist.
1 ★ Atleast, work on your SMS pipe. I have clicked on forgot password, it says OTP sent but I did not receive the OTP. Tried over period of 30 mins..
5 ★ Convenient and easy to understand. My society has Xenius solution and keeping track of electricity has never been this fun.
4 ★ Graphs and reports not visible any more on android platform only. Tried on different android phones but its the same issue. The ios app works fine. Please resolve this issue.
1 ★ Pathetic app. After update daily data graph blank, reports date wise blank, ongoing, moth wise blank. I did uninstall then install but problem still persist. Developer please rectify problem and release new update ASAP.
