4 ★ hello, i have installed the app for android TV (Xiaomi Mi Box S, Media Player with Hard Disk, 8 GB, 4K). hence i am using the remote control to access the app options, i can only reach sort & groups buttons. i cant move to favorites and the others boutons, so i can not create my own favorite list. please advcie.
5 ★ 5 stars for the app 2 stars for the customer service The app is amazing, but the customer service very poor I changed my tv and I wanted to transfer the app from my old tv to the new one It's been 2 days that I'm texting the customer service, I see them online but none back to me. Customer service very poor, horrible

1 ★ I bought the app for my LG TV "web os" it never loads from first time ysually I have to run another app like you tube then try again for it to work.. now doesn't load at all. Such a shame because the app - when it works- is good. I don't recommend buying it.
1 ★ After the trial period expired , it is not possible to activate the app. Activating through another devices fails with error "server not ready , pleas try again later"
3 ★ It says it can cast to chromecast but it can't really. You can use the phone when it is mirroring to chromecast. You cant even but the phone into sleep mode

3 ★ Never start at first attempt... on lg tv webOs... need to close and start again... on VOD you cannot fast forward or backwards... every time you stop a movie you have to watch it from the beginning... very annoying

1 ★ Could not renew my activation it says "server is not ready try again later" and now I have a playlist that I can't play. Emailed the developers yesterday and no reply.
3 ★ App is nice and works fine, BUT YOU CAN NOT USE MOUSE AND YOU CAN NOT COPY AND PASTE (ONLY THE INTIGRATED KEYBOARD)" MAKES IT DIFFICULT AND WASTE TIME. I THINK FOR DEVELOPER NOT A PROBLEM TO FIX IT.

4 ★ I use this for my sony TV, and at first it was brilliant, but since Christmas it never saves my favourites or settings. Other then that it's brilliant.
