1 ★ I am a new user and everytime I login the account the app keeps crashing I dont know if this is a bug still being worked out but i am trying to finish the setup to my account but cant with this happening every time
1 ★ Looked promising at first now i cannot login slightly freakin out due to it having all my information more specificly its letting me login but kicks me out im very unhappy and worried due to it kickin me out i cant even delete the account great. Wouldnt reccomend.
5 ★ MyBambu is a great online bank account. The app is very easy to use. Their customer service is by far the best customer service I've EVER experienced!! I definitely reccomend using them and would rate them 10 stars if I could.
1 ★ Very unsatisfied. I waited over a month to get a partial payment of the $20 then about another month to get the other $10. Do not use Bambu.

2 ★ Can't get your card without a code don't know what the code is and its confusing that they pay you ten dollars for your account to open it and you can't get the ten out

3 ★ I opened an account a couple of months ago when they were offering $20 to anyone who did. I waited amd waited for the money, 10 days later it still wasn't there. I sent a message and their customer service was very responsive but it still took weeks. I finally got $10 and had to email and wait another week before the full $20 was in my account. Great, responsive customer service but if they struggle to follow thru with promises made I'm hesitant to let them manage my money. Account closed.
5 ★ Ok, I initially gave a bad review, however, I realized afterwards, that it wasn't very fair. This is a new up and coming company. There will be bugs and glitches ect to be sorted out, as with any new company. Will also be a bit overwhelming for the company. It's better to reach out via FB than email! Once I connected my issue was promptly corrected and I am 100% satisfied. Thank you to the staff for their time and efforts and to the developer for his/her vision and making it a reality congrats!
