1 ★ Its kind of slow n some of it i cant see how much i use my data already and it cost an overuse data because of it. Then now every month u ask us for update but nothing is benefit us.

1 ★ After update to latest version, the app won't load. Please fix!
1 ★ Please fix the update. Can't even logged in using biometrics. No credit balance showing up. Add-on purchase is nowhere to be seen. Only "null" is shown. UI side is ok. Edit: Balance and add-on purchase appeared after I logout and login back. But the biometrics is still not functioning. Edit no. 2: Can you please update the bills paid instantly? It is so hard to recognize if i already paid it or not on that same month. It lags.

5 ★ Very good upgraded version of the old. Seems like all DST mobile services have been consolidated into one app which is easy to use. Old app didn't have credit balance info and I mainly used for subscribing to MBB. Now everything I could ever want with my EASI is included under one app. Even better is enabling fingerprint login which makes logging in a breeze by just putting my finger on the sensor. No more passwords to memorise. Plus I get free 2GB for 14 days for the next 3 months! DST, WOW!
1 ★ Very poor service.. This app so useless.. i try to log in it says no connection even my phone got full service. And always freeze..
1 ★ Unable to proceed account error, invalid server error am I the only one getting this error ? I uninstalled and reinstalled still getting this error
1 ★ I bought a new phone and installed this app. But everytime I try to check my data balance, I couldn't even get pass the password page. It keep on saying 'an error occured. Please try again another time'. I tried with my other phone, it works well as usual. I had uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the problem persist. What is going on? Is it not compatible with the latest OS? But... My other phone had already updated to latest OS and the app is working well with that phone.
1 ★ I regret update it , all my linked account disappeared and when I try to add new account , it stated that all my account are already linked . How frustrating :(
2 ★ I am unable to log in to my account saying password is incorrect. Or it keeps on loading and I couldn't even open the app. I have been receiving temporary password to my email when I haven't even requested a changed and I did not even log in at that time at all. This has happened quite a number of times. Thinking of uninstalling this app.
1 ★ Cannot buy data from this app. Only gives notifications at 50 & 80 % data usage, not 100, so you end up using all your credit on data at the higher rate. Cannot add to your data package until it is completely consumed. It almost seems like a scam compared to other mobile apps I have used. Please address these issues, that people have complained about to your help line !
1 ★ Its bad now. I prefer the old settings... I could see my usage..plain and simple. I dont know what im looking at now. Stop resetting my password. Its been almost every single day. Serious Dst. Fix your app. If the app itself is not essential (there's other easier means of top up), it'll be fine. But there isn't. This is essential but its driving ppl crazy. Again. Fix. It.
