Quickly flip through days on your calendar, view and schedule appointments, and book time blocks to mark yourself off the appointment book. DaySmart Pet™ is a great grooming scheduler app for any size pet business, and pet grooming business owners and managers can even check out the appointment schedule of any of the employees at the business.
EASILY MANAGE CLIENT AND PET INFO
View your clients’ pets’ grooming or medical notes, see what products and services the client has purchased in the past, all their upcoming appointments, send them a quick text or e-mail right from the app, or even get a map to their address if you’re a mobile pet groomer. DaySmart Pet™ is a useful pet grooming client manager and makes it easy to keep up-to-date and in contact with all of your pet salon’s clients.
MANAGE TIME BLOCKS
Not just a pet salon grooming scheduler, you can block out time on your calendar to let everybody at the business know when you’re not available.The appointment book is always in-sync, so everybody will instantly know your availability.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
Process credit cards right from your device. You can swipe cards using a convenient mobile credit card reader, or type in credit card information to process credit card or debit card
transactions. Even e-mail a receipt when you’re done!
PRODUCT SALES AND INVENTORY
Manage your product inventory, and even sell products to clients right on your phone or tablet.

3 ★ This is what we use at the shop, overall its a great app and does everything that we need. The biggest down falls are that the settings dont always stay, especially for online requests. Permission has to be granted constantly so that requests can be accepted/denied. It seems that after updates or additions of people to the software, is when permission needs to be given to access aspects of the app.
1 ★ Extremely slow and constantly logs out. Can't schedule multiple dogs at the same stop, gps sends address house numbers jumbled. When you want to cancel your subscription, they bounce you around to 4 people and still say you need to speak with someone else, then put you on hold and never come back. Absolute fraud. Also they will call you daily to try to sell you credit card processing services.
1 ★ Best software on the market, price is a RIP OFF. I've used 123Pet since 08, purchased solo version, I own it. 2011 I paid outright for the update, $175. Called last week to sell their update, $900! Over 1K after taxes! Offered me $30/month sub, I don't want that, it's a waste of money. So they send me an email about financing! Wow. I replied, no answer. I'm done, moving to a different scheduling system, the market wasn't saturated with scheduling programs when I began, now it is... bye felicia.
1 ★ The swiping to get to the next and previous days in a recent update makes this app close to unusable for me. It doesn't work when I need it to but, seemingly, also can't view my own column without accidently moving to the next day. Loved it before.
1 ★ Ripoff.Paid for a full version,but 2 years later they demand an obligatory upgrade,with monthly fees added too.After some months if your pc fails,they refuse to activate the PURCHASED software to a new pc,with the excue they do not have the software to download any more. (I do have it in .exe,but it does not matter,they just try to extract money). Pushed again to buy the newer 10times more expensive upgrade. Not trustworthy company. None of these were forementioned,or even implied, and never were they aggreed on my part. In order to sell they make bigger promises than they intend to keep. Their pattern shows they will redemand more upgrades sooner than expected,before the software returns its value. The actual software is quite practical,with some glitches,but they did not show enough interest to improve them. The support also was not very keen to solve a problem produced by unknown reason in the database, creating a massive gap in the ticketing numbers. In general unsatisfied,disapointed,so choose something else.
3 ★ Bring back the old schedule please! This latest update is really frustrating. Also would like to be able to see total reports for single previous dates. Typically love this app so giving 3 stars. But current update makes me really only want to give 1 ~android user
4 ★ Great for what I need. I only wish they would add auto future appointment reminders for when people haven't been in in a while. Thats the only thing this app is missing.
2 ★ It's an okay app when it works. It's extremely laggy because you need do be directly on a licensed server for smooth maneuvering. Remote access is definitely almost impossible to use. I can never see my appointments.
2 ★ Please go back to the old update! This new one is awful! The set up stinks, when I go to rebook it doesn't take me to the "week" anymore , very confusing. If it not broke don't fix it!
1 ★ Just downloaded app . Sucks . Does not bring up the calander that I am booked for 3 weeks on my PC . Not in real time . Useless . Just Uninstalled
5 ★ Fantastic software. Makes booking appointments so easy. I feel so much more organised and my customers get reminder messages too. Can not recommend this app enough
1 ★ Was honestly too annoyed by the constant text messages and phone calls from Kyle to even get around to using the app. I've never seen a customer service base that was so needy and pushy.
4 ★ The swipe feature works much more smoothly now and adding the arrows back to the top is also good. Thank you for working out the buggies!
