Set up a fully customized online booking website in minutes and begin taking appointments online 24/7. Your online booking website integrates seamlessly with Facebook and Instagram pages too! No need to worry, you will be alerted when an appointment is made. You can then accept or reject the appointment requests from within the app and clients will receive email notifications automatically!
CREDIT CARD POINT OF SALE
Our customers love the integrated point of sale POS system. Accept credit cards using a convenient mobile credit card reader, or type in credit card information to process credit or debit card transactions. Receipts are emailed automatically when you're done. With the integrated solution you can sell customized gift cards right from your website, store cards on file for contactless payments, accept prepayments, charge no-show fees, and manage memberships.

3 ★ The app is pretty glitchy! And still wont give me online appointment request notifications. I have made sure this feature is turned on in settings, my salon admin has double and tripple checked that I have permissions and i have contacted support multiple times. And they just say they aren't sure what the issue is. Also the app keeps kicking me out and i have to re-log in every time im using it. It is very frustrating to use now. It was fine over the past two years until 2-3 mo ago.
2 ★ I actually liked the app before, but I HATE the new mobile layout. Huge pain in the ass. I keep trying to look at the weekly view, and it keeps going to the next week when I try to scroll over and see my schedule. Is there a way for me to change it back to the way it was before? Or at least update the app so that if you want to go to the next week, you actually have to remove your finger from the screen to complete the action. Sometimes it jumps multiple weeks on me and I lose where I am.
5 ★ Love the how easy it is to manage appointments and you can even alter your services with out affecting the original service info. My customers love that they dont need to call the salon to book their appointments. I can book appointments at any time.
5 ★ Salon Iris is very easy to work with and very professional. I had an error message pop up when I tried to register, didnt think anything of it and was going to try again in another day or so. I got a call the very next day and was helped immediately. Natalie with their customer service was very nice and very helpful.
3 ★ K.I.S.S. I used to love Salon Iris back when it had a simple user-friendly UI and excellent technical support. In recent years, this app's functionality has really suffered. SI is super slow and frequently has issues connecting with the server, keeping us from being able to access our schedules remotely when we need to.
5 ★ I love this app... it does everything our larger salon needs. We get a lot of business from our website provided. I would recommend this app for anyone in this industry, whether you are a large salon or an individual.
5 ★ I enjoy being able to access my schedule from anywhere. It would be awesome to have some sort of notifications for day of schedule changes and or additions for the salon staff/service provider.
1 ★ Completely pointless. I got the app so I would be able to schedule appts on my phone when I am not at my salon. In order to do that, my business computer and salon iris has to be on and open 24/7. I am not going to leave my computer running 24/7 to accommodate the app 🙄
4 ★ I wish the mobile app couldn't swipe to move appointments, too easy to make a mistake, and that the online desktop version had an easier way to skip to multiple stylists (IE ahead 2,4,6, weeks, and then back to today.)
4 ★ I use it daily. I wish there was a way to book appts with out having the computer on, then maybe when the computer is turned on, the receptionist can confirm appts made off hours. Food for thought
