1 ★ Don't bother with this - won't find either of my devices despite this app being open in both and both being on same wifi. It is very frustrating. Makes you wonder what info it is collecting while it spends forever 'searching for Devices'. PS. Now they suggest I disable firewall/antivirus..???? Not likely!
5 ★ Works Like Magic. It has a very simple interface. Just follow the instructions. I still dont get why others give bad ratings. I have used this over five of my Andriod devices yet it works perfectly with no flaws.
5 ★ I dropped my phone. Couldn't use the screen. But I downloaded this app and when I got the new phone almost everything moved over to the new phone. Some data was list. But a lot of it got to the new phone.

3 ★ I wish you could transfer apps, Smart Switch is the only app that will do that, and I'm looking for one that is both compatible on IOS and Android . Too bad Smart Switch is only for Androids, and I dont have a USB cable.
1 ★ After over 15 times trying to transfer data from Samsung 7 to new Samsung 7 nothing happens just spins. Uninstalling this app immediately

1 ★ I have an S10 Plus and this switch operates as an info transfer app, not a data plan on/off switch.
1 ★ Does not work, says transferring contacts but nothing truly happens, from 2nd attempt on, app only crashes all the time.
1 ★ Downloaded to both tablets, followed prompts, and then nothing. No information at all was transferred. Uninstalled after this review.
