Description
This application integrates with DriveCentric's CRM web platform, allowing Salespeople who use DriveCentric to access their accounts from their mobile devices. DriveCentric allows you to send texts, emails, pictures, videos and more!
App permissions
DriveCentric 7.73.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

5 ★ Amazing platform for Android users. Logging in repetivively ensures perfect coheisive compayability with the CRM system.
1 ★ Absolutely ridiculous, keeps crashing and needs a lot of work. It's getting on my nerves. I have a note 10 plus and every second it gives me a notification saying drivecentric is crashing close the app. I reported it so many times. Ps everything is updated and I uninstalled 100 times and still the same. This is a joke.
5 ★ some bugs here and there but much better then other options out there
4 ★ I love all the useful features of this app. Being able to record videos and listen to calls with clients is so helpful. I wish the servers could process the video uploads more consistently, they often fail and need to be attempted multiple times.
4 ★ Could be a bit more refined. Seems to crash quite a bit. Sometimes it won't add a customer. Works but I would like it to be tip top as this does reflect on my paycheck. With the power of phones you'd think I could do anything from my phone as I could from a computer.
2 ★ Constant errors and failures on Android phone. Very buggy, noticeable lag, need to constantly refresh and even then it doesn't always work properly. Very frustrating when trying to communicate with customers on the go.
2 ★ Limited capabilities compared to the IOS version. Reoccurring bugs that they are always "actively working on". When there is a problem they usually say it is because you have an Android device. If you are going to use a DriveCentric app I would recommend the IPhone.
1 ★ Horrible. Unable to connect to internet. Unable to connect to host. Error something went wrong. All these things are issues everyday on the app when I open it. It's 2021, It shouldn't take 5 yrs to send pictures and videos.
1 ★ Optimize more for the Android platform. The app constantly freezes and refuses to load unless you kill the app and restart. iOS never seems to have an issue, so this is purely a poor optimization on your devs end.
1 ★ Constantly crashes. Have to close and reopen app to get anything to work. Slow. Gives me no internet error constantly. If you need to use this app and you have an android, I'm sorry.
2 ★ Convenient when it works. Click to call will sometimes call again when you hang up or leave voice-mail. Other times, you'll click to call, you'll never ring on your end, meanwhile your customer is on their end saying "HELLO?! HEELLLO?!" Thinking it's a prank call. You'll get a voice-mail of your customers frustration.
1 ★ Buggy mess that's going to cost you several clients or missed opportunities. The sales staff using this shouldn't have to got an Apple product just to make this app functional. Android users shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to counter whatever the latest bug AND not be informed as to why its happening or how long until its addressed. I don't recommend this for your dealership unless you're willing to provide iPhones to your sales team.
1 ★ App worked fine before the jan 30th update. Now app crashes constantly and can't get notifications. I've spoke with support and they are making good headway apparently but no release date yet to be announced.
3 ★ When it works properly on Android it's great, but it's definitely more optimized for Apple devices (like most everything else app-wise.) But I refuse to buy/own anything Apple, so I'll continue to just roll with the issues on Android haha!
