MILES Carsharing & Vans 4.35 APK requires following permissions:

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to perform I/O operations over NFC.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

1 ★ The charging options are not clearly explained to new users, resulting in giving much more money than you could. The default for XL vehicles is set to 60km 74€ although by choosing the vehicle, a price for 1.29€ per km is stated. The user must really look through the app for the actual 1.29€/km pricing. New users, please pay attention to "charge rate" option, it will save you a lot of money.

1 ★ The app has stopped working properly with cellular data even though it has full network access. It'll Tel me that no cars are available in the area when I can see the parked cars. This effectively shuts me out of your service. This is very annoying and dissatisfying.

1 ★ They don't show amount of the ad blue liquid - you can rent and even drive a car without it, and the problem begins when you're on a main road, cause then the speed is limited to 20km/h and the error is dismayed by the car. No way to contact support from the app (under "?" I can only send email, no way to call). I had to get to the partner gas station, but still pay by myself (33 EUR). I've send them the invoice - refund never arrived.

1 ★ Miles abandonned me in the middle of nowhere at 1AM in winter! I rented the car for 4 days, going 30 km away from Brussels, gave access to my Paypal, and in the middle of my trip, they locked the car and demanded 100 euros more otherwise they would lock my car! I refused to pay and I ended up in the middle of the night on a parking lot in the cold... After half an hour of trying to call them, I finally got someone to open that damn car. Not going to use this service anymore! Poppy never did this

2 ★ The reservation time has been reduced to 10 minutes. This is not enough. Infuriating when you miss it by minute because nothing close by and literally as I arrive someone else just happens to take the vehicle. I do not have time for this

1 ★ Their new insurance checked by default feels like a cheap move to take more money. 29 Euros for automated "fee handling" to forward tickets that often cost half of that feels like another cheap move (Share Now doesn't do the same) Edit: ShareNow also charges, but 19. Happy to edit the review if the bug is fixed

2 ★ Two stars for the UI. UX, however, is poor. The scanner does not function, I guess, for non-German passports or IDs. This is a potential disadvantage as urban based young foreign professionals and students make up a huge segment of your market base. Obviously, more work needs to be done in training your image capture to recognize non-German formats for IDs. Simply, why don't you have a function to allow for uploading JPEGs within the App ? 😒

1 ★ Banned me from the service with no reason. I haven't even finish the registration. No explanation provided whatsoever. I would understand if I damaged a car or was stopped for speeding. But how you can ban a person who haven't even started using your service without even saying why?

5 ★ 1. More EV & smaller fuel efficient vehicles would be appreciated 2. Please update the software of the EVs 3. Reservation time is too short 4. Same price per km for small and large vehicles doesn't make sense 5. Why packages for 1h and 2h rentals not offered like at ShareNow? 6. App should reward fuel efficient driving 7. Allow refueling at Shell, Esso... 8. App camera to report damages cannot take pictures in the dark, flash is not available

1 ★ AVOID AVOID AVOID. What a waste of time. Had a licence for fifteen years, but because my German licence is new they think I'm a rookie driver and want to charge me €9 per month, and I can't even drive the normal cars!! What an absolute joke! Don't bother with this junk. Go to a real rental company instead.

1 ★ Hello Miles I don't know why miles doesn't accept albanian driving license . Almost all countries in Europe recognize it. I have text and call miles app but they say it is not possible and they doesn't say the reason why the account it is suspended.

5 ★ Modern and easy to use cars with a fair pricing model. It gets easily expensive depending on where you want to go but you can almost always know how much it's gonna cost. Ui, Support and cars are great so I can't complain, this comes naturally at a cost. Still I use it more often than the other services.

5 ★ Good availability, great assistance, even in accident. Smooth rides. Other users are very dirty sometimes.

1 ★ Installed it but can't use it. When I start the app, I get the error message: altert_backend_timeout_body.

4 ★ So practical, only the price for long time renting is high and not comparable. But also really good customer support
