Description

Trac is a new kind of anaesthetic logbook, designed to make recording your cases simple, quick and extremely flexible. Once you've created a patient within the logbook, the app allows you to build-in as many anaesthetics, procedures, critical incidents and reflections as you wish. Once you're done, all cases can be bundled into a Royal College of Anaesthetics (RCOA) compliant pdf for download.

The app has been developed and tested by UK anaesthetists and anaesthetic trainees, while the flexibility of adding cases allows its use outside of theatres - such as in ICU or pre-hospital medicine.

Quick and easy input:
● Modular design - add a patient, then build-up anaesthetics, procedures, and reflections on top
● Make the app your own - set your favourite operations, airways or regional blocks to have at your fingertips

Customised portfolio reports:
● Stats at a glance - view your latest anaesthetics and patient demographics from the homepage
● Beautiful reports - create stunning training summaries for your ARCP or appraisal

Log your cases anywhere:
● Widely compatible - import and export to other portfolio software (including RCOA logbook and iGasLog)
● Secure your data - back-up or export your logbook via email, Dropbox, Google Drive and more
● No internet connection required

FREE TRIAL EXTENDED - your first 25 records are completely free, after that it's just £1.99 per year.

5 ★ great format when the logbook is exported to PDF. very easy to read. compiles procedures and cases well.

5 ★ Excellent app to use. Backup feature is easy to use also. No complaints.

4 ★ Easy to use UI and handy back up and export functions for portfolios etc

5 ★ Working well in trial version. I think I'll subscribe to full version.

3 ★ No report generated by location. I need that.

4 ★ The app is really helpful

5 ★ Super user friendly

1 ★ Does no longer work.

4 ★ Really good-looking app and was working well. Then imported a lot of cases - again worked well but now app crashes when I try to enter another case or edit an existing one. Might be as I was using the free version but can't see a way to upgrade now and I've not had any message asking me to upgrade, so bit stuck and currently not so much use disappointingly.

3 ★ Easy to use and overall very good. I am having a problem with generating reports however. Can't seem to get a summary of cases e.g. all Neuro ops I've anaesthetised for with details of the actual operation. I have sent this query to dripfeed but I'm still waiting for a reply...

3 ★ Brilliant until I switched phones. The backed up database files don't have a file extension on my Android (saving to Google Drive) and so it tells me invalid file format when I try to restore it. Found a workaround by exporting the old phone database as an RCOA format and importing that.. has rocked my confidence a bit though. Any chance of being told the file format you use? Also needs an option for Sedation..

5 ★ Flexible set up, allowing good data collection, easy to export cases and backup to the cloud. Easy to use once customised. Importing RCOA logbook a bit tricky but achievable with effort. Would really like to see added: 1) ability to log ventilation mode as a separate field to airway device, 2) ability to download, upload as .CSV file 3) surgeon as well as supervisor field.

3 ★ Was good, then changed phones. Went to back up log book but accidentally hit SMS as opposed to other methods and now can't seem to change it so it's just opening the SMS function whenever I hit the back up button. Not Useful!

4 ★ Good apps. I don't know.. but lot of pople facing data lost when switch their phone. I am not switch my phone yet I am giving 4 stars coz if you dev could make view logs in group (e.g. procedure, anesthesia, ASA, etc), so i can easily search logs by each group) Thank you

3 ★ Good logbook but it keeps on giving me problems when importing database as csv file. also, the Work Pattern section of the report is inaccurate. Have emailed the developer about that but didn't get any reply
