5 ★ Good app for locating charge stations. Discounted slot tickets only work 33% of the time for me. Not the cheapest or most efficient chargers.
5 ★ Excellent app to manage and track my expenses on my Evgo account. Highly recommend. I also can find a charger near me when I need it.
5 ★ Works every time for me. Using NFC I just tap and charge. Seamless, easy, quick. It even shows me the charge curve and I can easily stop the charge too. Perfect
4 ★ Unfortunately, this app requires Google location services to be turned on. I have just GPS location on, and this app refuses to run. Other apps will ask but then still run even if you decline. Uninstalled. EDIT: OK they fixed that! I'll try using this to start a session this weekend.
1 ★ Unlike other charging apps, this one, (due to the fact that it's run by STAUNCH CAPITALISTS), DOES NOT allow you to STOP your charge. So, I either find myself running back to the charger, spilling groceries, calling and waiting for them to stop the charge, or going out of my way to look for a CHARGEPOINT so i dont have to worry about these issues. EVGO please end the cruelty and build in a STOP charge feature that works.
2 ★ Everytime I open the app it asks me for my username and password, and it doesn't sync with Google's password service. Please allow the login to persist longer than 1 use. The evgo card reader will not accept the nfc from my phone so I have to use the plastic card.
2 ★ Needs an update to add some new electric cars. My car is not listed in the app also please support android auto fill for payment info it's 2021 not 2009....

1 ★ Hello everyone, Please be careful when you are downloading this app, after you've entered your bank account then you'll be charged for a service charged even though you are not using their electric stations for your car. And one more thing is very ridiculous that the service charged to my account is serving in Texas while I'm in California.
4 ★ So far it works well for the most part. I use in combination with PlugShare. When I get to the charge station I use it to activate the charger even though it is frustrating sometimes because it won't activate the charger for some reason. Good thing I also have an EVgo card that I can use to that instead of the app. It'd be nice if the app reported the charge state (percent). As far as I can tell, it only reports the charging time.
3 ★ The app is buggy. I get the notification, but when I click on it, it just goes away instead of opening the app like its supposed to do. Also, it does not show charging rate or status of charge like chargepoint does, just a timer, LAME! as far as using the map, I think the plug share app works better. I also don't like how the fast charger times out at 30 minutes even if your battery is not fully charged.
3 ★ The app is good for starting charging sessions where the charging stations touch displays don't work, which seems to be a big issue with EVgo stations in the Denver and Colorado Springs area. It's also a good way to keep track of how long you've been charging. I still use PlugShare to find stations, report usage and leave comments. Overall the app is good but it could offer so much more. As for EVgo, they need to add stations where there's higher demand since EVs have become more prevalent.
1 ★ Update. App is now completely unusable! It pops up a dialog box asking for access to location. When I select, "no thanks" it pops the exact same dialog box back on screen. There is NO way to do anything with the app, unless you enable location services first, Worthless! Pricing is still, without question, the most expensive charging solution out there, at 59c kwh for my car. At these prices, forget it. Not even for emergencies.
3 ★ A decent charging app, but not great. Best used in conjunction with plugshare. I do enjoy the ability to start charge sessions with a swipe, but it can be a bit wonky. It might show a charger as unavailable, but it works just fine with a tap of the physical card. They just need to refine the user interface for a better experience.
1 ★ I am having the same problem as many others i.e. I can't login on the app. I keep getting a message saying "Unable to reach server. Please check your connection." even though my connection is fine and I have no problem logging into my account via the driver portal. This has been happening ever since I first started using the app in June this year. I am really surprised nothing has been done about this issue considering the number of people who are experiencin the same problem. Please fix it.
