5 ★ This app is the best app for making credit card UPI payments. This app gives full cashback but there is a problem with it. Once you deactivate your account and apply again, your credit score will double. If it is bad then it goes on the waiting list, the same has happened with me, so far I have done 8 maths, now I am on the waiting list. 😔
1 ★ Worst. It shows how much I can withdraw but when I select the withdrawal amount, tenure and bank account, it always says we are facing some technical issues. Same error since 25 days. Will switch to a better option. Update for dev - Fyi, I had already connected with your rep and he said this is a Known issue at cred and is being fixed with no ETA in place. He said in the meantime I should apply at alternate sources. So, I applied at Groww and they completed the process in minutes.
2 ★ App is good but don't fully trust on this application for credit card bill payment. Sometimes you will not get notification for the bill genearted by the bank. It is good to check the bill via bank application and statement . Recently I paid extra 4k for my axis bank credit card bill payment by trusting this app. I did not get any reminder or notification in CRED to pag the bill.
1 ★ Cred App technical support team very weak.. I tried withdrawal for available cash limit every time through technical glitch and many time its show amount transfered 20 minutes never amount credit what kind of technical glitch amount credit never credited. Every time shows credited. No customer care assistant on time line and no proper resolution received on mail.
2 ★ I tried using the Cred app to pay my credit card bill, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts, the app consistently failed to process the payment, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had high expectations for a seamless and efficient payment process, but the app fell short of delivering on that front. As a result, I am now reconsidering the use of third-party apps for my credit card bill payments.
3 ★ 1. Of recently, credit card bill payments made outside of Cred are not updated in the transactions. Even, part credit card bill payment made on Cred is not appearing in the list of transactions. 2. Also, it is claimed that the products sold on Cred are covered by Cred Protect, but the quality of products sold are not upto the mark. 3. It is not possible to find a particular transaction/payment easily. One has to scroll indefinitely through the list to find the payment for a particular date.
1 ★ Worst & Pathetic. Twice CRED deducted the amount from my account but did not send it to the receiver. Since there is no customer service just a bot i could not talk to anyone and report it. Bank does not support third party apps so they just ignored my complaint and i just lost my money. Please do not use this app. They seem fraudsters.
1 ★ Cred has landed me into trouble. I have opted for cred cash choose amount for loan. I have completed process but amount was not credited to account. When reached customer support executive confirmed they don't have any time line to credit the amount. Now I didn't get cash from cred and ended up with emi setup which I'm not able to cancel.
1 ★ Pathetic, disturbing, unethical, stupid marketing strategy by cred. I only wanted to know cibil score, I had to sign up on web( had to explicitly check for Whatsapp notification) - ok I did that.. further it took my all details and web page shows ' yourcibil score ready' BUT first download CRED APP Wanted to understand their limit, so downloaded the app, all phone permissions need to be granted (phone, sms etc) to the app, and then had to relogin only to surprise (or not) prompted with CC detail
1 ★ I've been using the CRED over an year now. I don't see it fits into the lifestyle. The app keeps on reminding to make the payments when it is already made through CRED app itself. The UI they keep on changing sucks. Buttons placement here & there irritates. Tracking A Transaction back in time is very difficult to locate because that button is made too complicate to land at. Overall I have stopped using the app altogether. Even the shopping deals are not worth it anymore. Their cred coins program
5 ★ This review is based on years of using Cred app. It is one of the best UPI Payments apps and for online shopping. Their look and feel is suitable for modern age and they give good cashback rewards, not just vouchers. Reg. the shopping experience, some products are so unique with affordable price yet with high quality and their customer support is strong in verbal and knowledgeable. Happy to refer my friends and family to Cred. Still unlucky on their getaway spins and bids but will keep trying.
1 ★ I am unable to use cred cashback balance during bill payment like mobile, gas etc. I don't understand how to connect customer care. I was uninstalled the application and installed it again but still it is not solved. This issue started from December 23. I am using it since 2022. Hope this issue will be solved asap.
5 ★ Can't use easily options. All are very very long searchable in app.. Not good for payment platform. it's not a user friendly. Very complicated to discover all. great animation works.
1 ★ No customer support, not even having a chat response agent. Lost money. They have caused me a lot of trouble. I paid my cc bill they showed me its paid. But later i forced to cancel the transaction because bank declined the transaction . And not yet refunded my money. no communication on their part. Bank charged me late fee. Don't use thrid party app for credit card payments. Their service is also very terrible. I've always paid using cred.
1 ★ Worst app, worst customer support. They shouldn't have the "shopping" option in the app, when they say they don't have any control over it. My orders got cancelled which were at a very good deal price, but when you order expensive products at high price, they fulfill that. Offers are fake and useless, they just want you to create order and block your money.
