onpatient is the new way to track your health, this app is a personal health record or PHR for Android. Fumbling through paper medical records is a thing of the past. With onpatient PHR, you can share your medical information with a doctor and the doctor can pass medical status updates back.

5 ★ I was impressed right from the moment I installed this application. It has all those features that could help you keep record of your health and health related issues. Medical information sharing was one great idea in this application! using this I could share all my medical information with any concerned doctor just like that! great app.
1 ★ I gave it one star only because there was no option for zero star. Tried to install on 3 different tablets and phones and couldn't get pass the sign up sheet. The idea is great, however the execution sorely lacking. I am amazed that app stores even allow apps like this to be on their system.
1 ★ This app will not let me log in. I can log in from PC but not mobile app for Samsung galaxy S5. Wish they would fix it as it would be very useful when away from laptop.
1 ★ I have tried to register and use your app but it won't work. Tried unistalling and installing again, but the app will not allow me to get past the registration page. Not sure what's wrong. Would have loved to try it!
1 ★ Can't sign in. Works fine on my Mac book where I originally signed up. If you guys can make this work on an i phone you should be able to make it work on android too!
5 ★ This is very useful. With this app, it's like I have a personal assistance that keep tracks of my medical appointments, health conditions, and even blood pressure. Love it! :)

Can you just imagine how much more easier it is to detect any abnormalities because the Doctor need not take a billion tests as all past medical records are documented right here in this app! This is an amazing idea and I believe that everyone should be aware of these kind of apps and promote them! What are you waiting for? Go ahead and install this!
1 ★ I know I am using the correct password since it works on my pc. If this is an attempt to get me to buy an iphone forget it. I'll change doctors first.
1 ★ Already have an account so I thought I would get the app. Doesn't allow me to login. This is on Galaxy S5. Uninstalling.
1 ★ I set up my account online before installing, yet cannot log in, nor register. No response from the 'Register' button. Uninstalling & will just use my browser.
1 ★ Cant sign on with my existing information from web page. Useless if u cant sign in to track anything.
