Visa Airport Companion 1.8.9 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows applications to change network connectivity state.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

1 ★ No option to switch user names in membership as in joint account users. Tried to have separate accounts but doesn't work. We need two sign in if traveling alone

2 ★ Biggest complaint is everytime I have to login again the password field constantly is jumping around so I cannot paste my password into it, by long pressing. Fix the basic functionality.

1 ★ While the app operation has improved a little, there are few large international airports where you can use it. It's been a pointless 'perk', compared to Priority Pass, which it replaced. Haven't successfully used it since the switch from Priority Pass. Support doesn't respond. No lounge access in CDG, AMS, SEA, among others.

1 ★ Horrible app. Cannot paste password, does not communicate with password manager, biometric authorizations are revoked after a week. Always a mess to log in, especially if you're in a hurry. And the list of airports with lounges is abysmal. Nothing in Las Vegas? Nothing when in-transit in Newark? Nothing when going to the Us from Montreal? No option in the morning in San Francisco? The list goes on forever. Horrible service and app.

5 ★ Excellent, user-friendly interface

1 ★ It kept asking me to input a code that it sent to my phone, but the app never sent the code within the one minute time limit, so I have all these codes I can't use because the time limit expired each time before I got the code. Then when I chose to send the code to the email, it told me I had generated too many codes and I have to wait 30 minutes to do another one. Definitely not off to a good start with this app.

1 ★ What a useless app. Has more security than my bank application. Keeps kicking me off and I can't sign back in. Forces to do password login every so often which slows down access when you need it quickly and then it does not login when you input the password or forces you to change it after 3 attempts. The 2 step verification does not send a text or to email, which means effectively I am lockout my account. All of this for 6 lounge passes per year

1 ★ Not user friendly. Unable to register. I keep getting an error that my card is invalid.

1 ★ Get a master card lounge instead! This visa lounge card is pretty useless. Hardly find anywhere to use it besides canada! The lounges they displayed in the app are mostly inaccessible!!! For example, dubai terminal 3 ahlan lounge @gate c13.

2 ★ Setting it up was fine but was shocked to see that although my airport had lounge options, that is where the benefit stopped for me. My personal travel takes me to the US and not one airport in the major cities that I fly into had a lounge listed. Will have to search for another credit card that partners with Priority Pass. Very disappointing.

1 ★ I signed up for this very easily BUT eversince then I have not been able to use this app at all. Every time I have tried to login, it says invalid info. I then click forgot password for a verification code via email and 4 months later, I'm still waiting for those emails. I have reached out to customer service and nobody responds. The app is horrible and the support desk is beyond terrible. So the DragonPass team replying to reviews to have them reach out their support desk is a joke.

2 ★ If you are choosing between this service and Priority Pass. Go Priority Pass. I was with Priority Pass compliments of my credit card and they swapped to this service. They have no lounges or meal options in any of the airports we are traveling through but Priority Pass has 2 lounges and a meal option in 1 and 2 lounges in the other. I guess it is just a free service we won't ever get to benefit from.

5 ★ Very easy to use. Great app. No issues

2 ★ Like another user, I am complaining about not being able to directly use my password mananger (Bitwarden) with this app. A password manager allows the use of long, inscrutable, secure passwords. By disallowing the direct use of a password manager, one is effectively encouraged to use shorter, easy-to-remember, less secure passwords. This is a security issue, and as such should be given great attention.
