3 ★ As a tenant since 2016 my e-mail automatically registered to the app. However i was never informed about the password. Moreover, "forgot my password" option also doesn't send me an e-mail, so i cannot use the app. I even sent you an e-mail, can you please check? I'd like to make an urgent fixing request.
1 ★ The submit request option does not work, i can just submit a "maintenance request" but is not my case, submit request option let me go in but it does not allow me to write anything neither upload a photo...
2 ★ Service is good but the app doesn't work properly. Every time error occurs.

1 ★ Bug su bug, funzioni completamente mancanti, quelle presenti funzionano male o non funzionano. L'unica cosa comoda di questa app è la segnalazione, peccato che sia anche l'unico modo per comunicare con l'agenzia nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi. Se non ci fosse e ci fosse ancora il mini call center che avevano, sarebbe molto meglio
1 ★ Segna notifiche inesistenti, segna messaggi da leggere che poi non mostra, spesso devo reinserire username e password anche se eseguo l'accesso due volte nel giro di 10 minuti, ogni volta che clicchi su una scheda nuova apre una nuova Activity. In conclusione un disastro.
