It’s been what feels like 84 years. And while some of us may still be in lockdown, we’re opening up and launching a whole new experience with this app.
It’s sleeker, it’s easier to use. And chiefly, it works with our new product which lets you schedule anything. And save time doing it. So while we have to excuse ourselves for the long time between updates, we hope you take the time to get the new app. See you in the app.

📍 Add the details, location, and video conferencing if it's remote.

✉️ Create your event and then send your Booking Page or invite to participants. They pick what time(s) work for them.

HOW TO GET STARTED
- Download the app and create an account. We’ll take you to our website to do this. You can also start a trial.
- Take Doodle for a spin: Hit the create button (the + button) in the top right to create your first invite or booking page.
- Add the times or availability and details. Create then send the link to your participants.
- Is it a group poll? Make sure to close the poll after everyone has responded and we’ll email them all the details.

5 ★ First two pickers are hard and it crashed a few times but since those two it works absolutely perfectly. No question asked. Simple and usable.
5 ★ Doodle is my favorite organizing tool for groups of all sizes. The app is handy and easy to use.
5 ★ I don't use this often, but it's very handy and seems to work well for scheduling group meetings.
4 ★ I use this app all the time for club business and it makes voting on things like outings and shirt designs easy. I do wish there was an option for "alternative voting" where people can choose their 2nd favorite option, 3rd favorite option, etc. The typical "First-past-the-post" style vote works for some things, but leaves a lot of people unhappy in some cases. There's a great CGP Grey video about it. It would be seemingly easy to impliment and I'd happily go premium if it was so as I cast votes fairly often. Thanks for the nifty app otherwise!
5 ★ Absolutely love this. Great for quick, uncomplicated polls. Per example, I used this to extremely easily find a date for a Fantasy Football draft between 12 people. Everyone voted on every date that could work, and botta-boom we were set. I also used this to organize a family reunion of sorts. I gave a list of potential dates as options, people voted, and the day with the most people available was scheduled. It's easy to share polls - txt, email, link, app, and more - and is easy to read, understand, and manage. Highly recommend!
5 ★ Awesome app! I use this so much for organising social events, meetings with the antenatal girls, and organising the tennis matches/trainings. I love that you don't need to have a doodle account in order to use it! The only issue I find is that people often want to edit their selections, but instead add themselves a second time, and struggle to get rid of it
4 ★ I've been using this app for about two years now to arrange the best day for dungeons and dragons games and it's a life saver, trying to arrange a weekend where 5 adults are all free is an absolute headache this takes all the hassle away. That said the options to edit your days can be a bit fiddly and often people end up putting their name on twice because they didn't realise you can just edit.
4 ★ the concept is great. no need to log in. free. can send via email or whatsapp or sms or link. so convenient. killer bug. u cant have overlapping dates. say u want to find a 3-day duration slot. the app does not allow u to form option of 1-3 feb 19 And 2-4 feb And 3-5 feb. cos they have overlapped
5 ★ I use this app to find meeting times for my busy team of freelancers when we come together to work on a client. Its saves obscene numbers of emails from being sent!
1 ★ Crashed as soon as I tried to open it, won't let me sign-in with my outlook email, won't even open up. Worthless.
1 ★ Simply doesnt work. It won't let me access the doodle from a computer. I can't see participants votes and most of them can't vote anyway. I used it to access an existing doodle I use for work as admin and it changed some settings without any prompts. My boss wasn't too happy. I will not use this again.
3 ★ Great help for finding common dates. the + - Fast account login - shows total votes per option - poll results with export function to Excel - table view can be extended the - - User experience is low (too many ads in the middle of the screen, no guided voting process for new polls, not intuitive enough)
5 ★ Awesome app! Makes organization way easier and is easy to use. Although I have one idea: I would like it if participants were able to add options to the poll themselves (as an optional feature). Bad suggestions could then be removed by the creator.
5 ★ so helpful for efficiently scheduling meetings with large groups of people. It's excruciating when you need to send multiple emails to try to organize a 30 minute phone conversation, and doodle makes this simple and clear. Thank you so much.
