4 ★ I am constantly having to search for the buttons. Dont just use text please. Domino's has best app in the business. Please view their UX . great food. not so seamless interaction. it's not ugly. just not intuitive.

1 ★ Good improvements so far on layout, and making the app more user friendly. Also, thank you for fixing the issues with rewards! However, the app is still useless to me. Whenever I try to enter the CVV code, it disappears when I scroll down to submit my order, and I'm told to I need enter it in order to continue. So, since I physically cannot use your app for ordering food (because I rarely use or carry cash) I'm keeping my rating as 1 star.

3 ★ App has room for improvement. Can't leave unique special instructions only ones listed. Selections for address, time of order, etc., are hard to find and usually missed until error message pops. Entered cvv code, was right there, and got error to message that I'd forgotten it. Not intuitive or user friendly.

1 ★ This app has switched my delivery orders to pick up on multiple occasions. They even take out a tip for driver, but after I'm done the confirmation says pick-up. No place to complain or fix it. I have to call the store or just go pick it up. Defeats the point of delivery. I've tried emailing people, but Donatos sucks.

3 ★ I always get charged to sub equal toppings out and trying to pay by credit card was worse than watching news coverage of the presidential election debacle! Also special offers should describe what they are not just throw a meaningless name unrelated to what one must order to get said deal...error just states the obvious need to order items in deal to get deal. I guess it's common knowledge what the tailgate contest entry order is I didn't get the memo myself.

1 ★ So many issues with it saying invalid delivery time and I am unable to change it. I have to uninstall, reinstall and log back in to fix it. It's just time consuming. Even later the app is still struggling. Won't let you order because it keeps erasing the CVV. 🤦🏻‍♀️

4 ★ The only 2 things that kept me from giving a 5 star: Unable to add extra cheese for Asiago Cheese Bread. Unable to get extra sauces on the side for my wings, such as Hot Sauce.

1 ★ Not user friendly at all. The checkout experience is horrible. I have often ended up just closing it out of frustration and ordering somewhere else.

2 ★ When adding a new credit card it kept telling me to enter my CV and I had. I had to leave the checkout area and go back in and it finally took it. I tried 2 cards. I assume there is a bug when trying to check out with a new card. Very frustrating, almost gave up.

3 ★ The app works good most of the time. I tried to reorder an order for my wife. When I entered the VCC and tried to place the order. The app told me to enter the VCC but the app wouldn't keep the VCC from my credit card.

1 ★ Never works correctly. Tells me my coupon is invalid and can't be used but when I enter a new one it says "can't be used with other coupons" because it doesn't clear info out even though I can't see it. We moved and my address has changed but it won't let me update my billing address so I can't use my card. App is buggy as can be.

2 ★ I have so many issues with this app at the payment section. NOT user friendly. Too many steps to get to payment. Makes me remember why I stopped ordering donatos.

3 ★ There are restaurants that have better apps. Something happened that made paying worse on Donatos app. Had to enter my CVV several times because seems if you change something (i.e. tip, time, pick up/delivery, etc.) it clears it out. Was a bit frustrating. Make payment the last thing if it clears when you put these fields in.

1 ★ Why is your app so BAD....makes me furious every time I try to use it and expect a good experience, I'm defining myself as insane. If it weren't for your good pizza, I wouldn't be going to a desktop to order instead. Even your driver's get shafted out of tips because ifnanuser doesn't select the right ASAP delivery, it blanks out the tip amount!

3 ★ Meh - coupon codes sometimes don't work, updating CC info is a pain, and while checking out, info gets randomly wiped out so you have to go re-enter it. Clearly there is no QA department looking at the app before it goes live.
