1 ★ Worst app I made a complain also No response Im trying to reset my password many times It's not working properly
1 ★ First of all, after i choose something it did not add to my cart. Then the worst part is when i have to spend time to fill in my location that turn out to be just selecting the option given by th system. The location option suggested only one choice for me which it didn't give correct location of where I am and disappointedly it said Can't locate my place. I wonder why can't there be an option for us to use Google map to mark our location if the app can't locate places with words.
1 ★ I deleted the app, 4 months ago because I was facing a problem and now on a new phone the problem still exists. When loading the app. It asks me which country I am from but it get stuck while refreshing every second and I can't do anything. Fix it.
1 ★ The app does not recognise my home address. Applying coupons to take advantage of deals is a pain.. I sent in my feedback and was contacted two weeks ago... no change!!.... Please return to the old app... update on 160319. still a pain as it does not recognise my address still.... update on 10/04. still the same
3 ★ The app is a bit buggy, i guess its due that it may be a hybrid app, probably made with ionic, a webview inside the apk file, that would be the case most probably, thats causing the lagginess, just re perfom a speed test.
4 ★ It's hard to locate the branches on the map. The dominos logo is not apparent at all . Better give the options of selecting branches from a list. I'm in Jeddah ksa . Why it is giving me prices in Egypt pounds? I have an account already on my previous phone, when I try to use it on my new mobile it states the email is already taken. Well it's me with same email and same password Please fix these issues.
3 ★ It has a lot of bugs, gives a lot of crashes and errors when accesing it and the platform is not as friendly as expected. A lot of work to do with it, come on developers!
2 ★ The location is far too limited which makes it hard to place the order in the first place
1 ★ Stupid app, inspite of filling in the address multiple times it asks to fill in again and location doesn't get saved. Resolve please.
4 ★ 4 stars cause it isn't easy to use and must be able to access the code it
3 ★ Needs a lot of improvement in terms of window navigation and smoothness. it works well but less user friendly.
4 ★ Useful app. I think the UI can be enhanced for a better user experience. The only issue is that sometimes the app sign me out after I switch the app. Overall is ok
1 ★ Can't imagine you have a such an outdated app.. Make your app a user friendly & not complicated..
2 ★ Very slow, glitch app. Takes too long to make changes. Very long processes.
3 ★ Though better than when it was launched, the user experience and flow still needs to be fine tuned. Not a bad app
