1 ★ If I could give this app -100 stars, I would. The GPS is complete garbage. I took me 7 miles away from where I was supposed to be. The only thing good about this is I get 15 cents more an hour. If that stops I'm deleting this trash.

1 ★ As a driver that uses this every night, it's pretty bad. PROS: - Keeps track of my orders (until the store gets past 999 order numbers, then it gets out of order) CONS: - The GPS integration is never right, so I still use my phones GPS - When I call a customer, it uses some random number from out of state, so customers don't wanna answer. - When customers call that number back, my phone doesn't ring, it just gets a notification - When putting in tips, it starts off at multiples of 10. Not 1s

1 ★ Navigation is too unreliable to be useful. I have ended up as much as 2.7 miles away from the delivery address. Tips are not tallied accurately. The app wants to ping my location even when I’m off the clock and the app is not running. 1 touch calling does not work on store supplied phones. Order details are useless when the phone is in my car. I already have that info anyway. 911 button: why? Too easy to tap accidentally. I can’t waste my time with this app; I have a job to do.

2 ★ Frustrating. Half the time, when I need to call a customer, the call fails, and I have to use my regular phone app, which can be dangerous when delivering to people you don't know, because now they have your number instead of the store number. Has trouble with pulling up tips, and will sometimes glitch and keep the previous address up, or not show an address at all. Ridiculous that this app is now required for deliveries. If you're gonna require it, at least fix it.

2 ★ The app seems to break every other day not only for me, but my coworkers too. The deliveey address get stuck on one and doesn't change, no matter how many deliveries you take. I can't never depend on it to show me the right address. When you push the directions button, it makes up an address for Google maps and always take me to the wrong place unless I edit the address. Also, I can start a 5 hour shift with a full battery and have to plug my phone in towards the end of it, forget an 8 hr shift.

1 ★ Pretty invasive app, you always have to have your location on even when the app is not in use. Buggy and is inconsistent, sometimes it will simply not record tips. Does not always send to the correct address. Any 5 stars are false reviews.

1 ★ This app needs serious work. The map function almost always sends you to a random address on the same street, even though Google maps (which this uses) will get you there perfectly. The call store and 911 function won't work because the app hides your phone number. I'm constantly finding that my tips are messed up as well. Also, my franchise won't let me opt out

1 ★ Has not improved one bit since launch. This app plus Cutting Edge system is an atrocity. An order that is $1.00 on a gift card and $49 cash will show as $50 card. No mention of the cash you're supposed to collect. It doesn't even track drivers properly anymore. It sometimes shows them miles away while they're pulling into the parking lot.

1 ★ This is an awful app. It logs me out after each run most days, over half the time I have to manually add the tips to complete my run, the call option is terrible most times I cant hear the customer, can't text from it, it does not show as us calling, would not use at all if not required by my job!

1 ★ You're better off using any other app. Wrong tip totals, wrong addresses in GPS, customer calls eithet won't connect or get dropped, and so on. Also, this is the only app I've ever dealt with that drains your battery faster the more drivers there are working at your store. Every subsequent update has broken the app even worse.

4 ★ I have an overall good experience with this app. It is almost always accurate, even in getting me to the right building in an apartment complex. There are occasional issues that are just weird, and it takes a bit for the app to catch up on new developments. I have never been able to get the phone part to work. But calling isn't as important as getting to the address and that almost always works great for me.

1 ★ Does not send the address to maps accurately. Will often send you streets away. 24431 1st St will be entered as 21100-23020 2nd Ave for example. Also requires "always on" location access, despite claiming to only need location access when the app is running.

4 ★ A lot of people complain about this or that but I honestly don't have many problems. It eats your battery like no tomorrow and opens my GPS app at the same time it's running, making the GPS app painfully slow. Other than that I don't really have any problems with it. *Shrug*

1 ★ Bleh. It doesn't work if your store dispatches you ahead of the deliveries you're already on, to manipulate the times. This causes drivers to lose navigation also, and become confused about which deliveries belong to whom.

1 ★ I agree with ALL the other 1 star rating reviews. It mostly sucks. I still use the old-fashioned printout directions that I have used for 3 years in a CA desert town. I only use the Dominos app as a backup...
