1 ★ I open the app and immediately see a "Something went wrong, please try again" alert which cannot be dismissed

5 ★ It was working smoothly up until now. Never faced this issue before. Suddenly, app started showing something went wrong message and reinstalling won't fix it. Had ti switch to different device altogether to get it working. Fortunately, I happen to use multiple device and HR reset ny creds so it was smooth. However, getting some feedback what led to this issue would have been easier for further inspection. Otherwise, all was working fine with missing picture sometimes.

1 ★ Cannot open the apps for android

2 ★ I'm installed this app. and failed to open. Can someone give any suggestion please?
