1 ★ Tried to go on to order medicine. After failing to meet with 3 doctors because they were too busy, one doctor couldn't order my medicine as he was out of stock and told me to go to a pharmacy. Waste of my money 200 THB for nothing and lost time. I would like a refund for this. They refused a refund initially but then agreed to refund because I couldn't get the medicine two days later.
1 ★ Terrible system. Pharmacist is great but to get a refund (they ran out of one medicine) they want me to send through a MESSAGING APP (Line) a scan of my government ID, my full name and phone number, plus my credit card number? I offered to call to tell them verbally, or any other way because that is very unsafe, and they said no. So basically just give them all my most sensitive personal information using a very insecure method. Avoid this app at all costs.
1 ★ This app is a scam from start till end. To get any service you have to pay (not free as advertised). They demand payments through different means, not Google pay, making refunds complicated. And even if you pay, doctors mysteriously dissapear and not provide any service. New doctor demands another payment. Don't waste your time with it.
5 ★ Such a life saver! Was able to talk to a doctor at 10pm at night and get the medicine delivered to me within 1 hr! Amazing service
5 ★ The best online chemist in Thailand. The ordering process i simple. The customer service is very professional and awesome...the delivery is the quickest. Recieved the medicine ordered the same day. Impressive. Deseve 5 star hands down. Keep it up Team.
1 ★ VERY UNRELIABLE. Over 30 doctors online none accept the call. Payment system is a "scam", you don't pay directly with your credit card. You have to deposit money into their account. So you lose your money even if no doctor cares to answer. ไว้ใจไม่ได้สุด "พึ่งพาไม่ได้" มีหมอ ออนไลน์กว่า 30 คน ติดต่อไปไม่มีการตอบรับซักคน ระบบจ่ายเงินกึ่ง"หลอกลวง" ไม่สามารถจ่ายบัตรโดยตรง แต่เป็นการเติมเงิน ถ้าหมอไม่สนใจตอบก็เสียเงินเปล่า
