Docon for Patients 10 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ I had taken appointment by paying money..doctor did not call up and no intimation was given for the delay..just looting money and looks like a scam..please be aware and don't download this app ..pls do refund the money

3 ★ This app requires lot of improvement. I understand that doctor can sometimes be busy in emergency and do turn up on time, but no information regarding delay is provided to the patient. Patient keep on waiting, write email which is responded with scripted response. One cannot reschedule when doctor does not turn up since it is only allowed 30 min before appointment. One has to keep on waiting until doctor call back. Atleast information should be passed on. No proper tracking mechanism available.

1 ★ Pathetic app This is a one way street. If after taking appointment, the doctor doesn't show up, there is absolutely no way anyone helps here. The idea when u hv doc appointment apps is to connect to the doc and not wait forever and try and get refund if the doc doesn't join. Patients take appointment to get heard and solve their issues. A clear no for any future work thru this app.

1 ★ So as per multiple reviews you can see that it's a doctor centric app, if the doctor fails to turn up for the consultation, your fees will be held indefinitely. Been 24hrs since I called them at their Bangalore office asking for a refund, since there is no way you can reach support in app, Emails will NEVER reach them(I have mailed 16 times).THEY said the "refund team" is looking into the MATTER, all the while confirming that the consultation did not take place. Practo looks better now for me.

5 ★ First appointment booked but after payment it got cancelled refund yet to be recieved... If doctor is not available why it's showing availability slot .. Very poor , Atleast we can search for alternative if doctor not available .. This need to be fix ..

2 ★ No where in India charges for follow-up within a week or say within 5 days. Infact the same doctor does not charge for the follow up , when consulted in his clinic. But I consulted 4-5 times within a 5 days . All time docon charged complete fee. At least there should be reduced amount for follow up. It's a clear exploitation of people during their vulnerable time like lockdown. Marketing should include an aspect of humanity. And don't escape by saying , ask the doctor to refund.

1 ★ Worst application. Please don't use it. Video call was not working and then doctor called me (voice call) and in just 1 minute he ended the call. Later he uploaded the prescription without listening the complete issue. Didn't get any refund too.

1 ★ Doctor is not at all responsive. They charged 700 for video call of 5 mins and after that not available for chat for any need. Pure business model.

1 ★ Not useful for patients. App is mainly for Docs. Patients cannot search Doctors based on Health Category. They can search Doctors by name whom they already know. Also, Fees of Docs are not shown. With such limitations, why patient will need this app. He can directly call known Doc over whtsapp or Google meet. App is useless bec of limitation.

1 ★ Useless app, installed it today and tried to book the appointment with my doctor due to an emergency situation. First the app creating issue by raising lots of different error and finally was able to book the appointment after making the payment. Got the confirmation from the app but didn't received any call from doctor nor see any appointment in the app. There was no way i can reach someone to help, called doctor's office multiple time but no response. Horrible experience overall.
