3 ★ Updated from 4 stars to 3! : Sometime this new year 2020, the app updated and maps doesn't work for every listing and some properties do not show up in searches. The share feature also is very limited now to contacts in my realcomp and I can't simply share a property link to a text message at all.

5 ★ The reason I think this app is the best is because it is the most accurate I have found thus far. I love the feature when I am driving around I can hit location and see the homes that have sold and that are for sale nearby. I also appreciate that it is not open source so random people cannot add things that are fake. I have found this to be the case with Zillow even though I like so Zillow. Zillow seems to be like Wikipedia and this is the real MLS.
