The NJMLS App lets you search for the most up-to-date listing information on homes for sale and for rent in Northern New Jersey. The official app of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, it lets you locate properties in Bergen, Essex, Passaic, and Hudson Counties and beyond. Consumers can view real listings presented by REALTORS® virtually in real time with no distracting ads. NJMLS members have full access to subscriber only information.
Start your search for a home by using our convenient NJMLS App to:
• Search based on your physical location using your GPS enabled device.
• Search by drawing an area on the map with your finger.
• Find properties by entering an MLS #, Address, City, State, or Zip Code.
• Refine your search with filters such as Price, Bedrooms, Baths, Style, and more.
• Swipe to view up to 25 photos on one side, or property details on the other side.
• Get open house dates and times.
• Find your way to a property with turn-by-turn directions.
• Save favorite listings or your search details, including map locations, for easy review later.
• Look up agent and office information.

3 ★ Great App and love it but I'm only giving it 3 stars because there's no way to link my website account to the account used on the app. Any searches or favorites I saved on one doesn't automatically translate over to the other. :(
1 ★ I am unable to search for multi family listings. It doesn't matter if I have filters on or not it consistently comes back that there are "no listings found" for multi family houses. I tried to leave feedback on their site to let them know and, go figure, it came back that there was an error and it wouldn't save (I tried multiple times). The app is useless if you can't look for what you want.
4 ★ Super helpful. Give all details about property you are looking for.
