3 ★ Overall it is a quick easy way to check on homes while away from my laptop, the search features just aren't quite up to par when compared to the Matrix version online

2 ★ Searches sometimes are not accurate, please fix.
2 ★ The thing that makes this app so hard to use is that it only shows you 50 houses per search. It makes the app almost useless. For instance if I wanted to see all the foreclosed homes in a particular county I can't do it in one search. It will say showing 50 homes of 92 so I know there a 42 houses I'm not seeing. I then have to keep filtering the search by a maximum price (even though I want to see everything) until I have less than 50 homes. This wastes a ton of time.
3 ★ Would be better is you could email all search properties at one time.

4 ★ Very useful and accurate app. I would rate 5* if there was better advanced search ESPECIALLY search closed sales by neighborhood.
