4 ★ It is a great tool to use on your mobile phone. However app has limitations and a few compilations, specifically regarding the search tool. Most bothersome is that it doesn't allow you to correct or add on to the address when searching.
1 ★ One the worst performing apps. I would recommend any realtor to use the regular trend website. You can not cut any past into search field. Still not Android friendly and crashes often. The search ares is designed very poorly and it can not seach for addresses or Mls.
5 ★ Love this app. It is extremely convenient on my busiest days!
1 ★ Why am I not allowed to filter the results by house age? The information is available, and the filter has 100s of other choices, but not this key item. This filter is not on the website as well.
3 ★ Needs street view and a way to sort for open houses.
