2 ★ I mean it kinda works and there are no alternatives. at least it did until last week. It completely stopped working. it always tells me that the device is disconnected and needs to reconnect, despite the device working fine elsewhere. I will probably just get Nest when dlink officially abandons this once useful solution.

1 ★ This app and website are basically useless, it's like they were trying to make some super easy interface and failed miserably to make downloading and running the right software a simple process. It shouldn't take me two hours to get software or an app to setup a seemingly simple camera my parents bought...

1 ★ 8/13 "MOMENTUM" BEST CAMERAS ! BEWARE BUYERS 7/23 update, Appearantly Dlink decided to NO LONGER support the 2 cameras I had, did not bother to give me notice. Had to buy 2 new cameras & 4 sure are NOT Dlink cameras! Never again will I buy Dlink products. 6/21 Unable to login. Have (2) DCS-930L & DCS-931L cameras for several years, worked great up until last week from one night to the next morning unable to login to the app, it will not recognize my email address and have tried a alternate email

5 ★ I love this app because it is super simple to use!!! It worked perfectly with my Sony phones for years. I can check in on my pooches any time and from anywhere. I can even record straight to my phone. Works best on LTE or WiFi, 4G is OK just slower, which make sense. If it doesn't work for you then your phone is too old and/or you're not on the right cellular plan. Unfortunately I recently bought 2 newer cameras to add that this version could not support and had to upgrade.

1 ★ this app has turned in to hot trash, link time out is ridiculous over the cell network and they have you forceed out in 60 seconds and reconnect at the most inopportune times there should be sitting where you can turn that off this has just gone down hill like a dumpster on fire

1 ★ Worst App and support of the year, if you ask me to choose again Dlink is out of the option. Apps can't fully control the cam and best of all, when you need the browser to do it, they still need the plugin that only outdated unsecured browsers had, which means you have to compromise security to use it, ask when they can be upgraded to support, answer, we are working on it, and ask when again, same answer, no Escalation, and for many more months passed already, still not solved, sad.

1 ★ I've seen and done many setups of ipcs and apps but mydlink app and that dsl5000 camera both equally must be about the worst thing I have ever seen. Seriously the whole team behind that cam and app should be fired with a kick in the bottom. Even an amateur 12 year old could write and make something better.

3 ★ Everything works fine except that I am unable to select the overwrite-when-full function (this function is available but cannot be selected) for the SD card recording. Can anyone help?

1 ★ I cannot view back the videos at the 'Playback' function. It will automatically kick me out of the app. Please resolve this issue asap.

5 ★ App works smoothly....we can block or unblock the multiple devices connected to our net connection.

1 ★ Marginally better than mydlink, which is absolute garbage. At least I was able to add my device to mydlink with this app because it would not with the full blown mydlink. Terrible experience.

2 ★ How do I connect a camera had been setup already on my home network? I already know the local IP address of the camera. Been working fine on Internet Explorer. Now I just want it to add this cam to mydlink app on a mobile device. How is that done? I do not want to reset my existing pwd or setup.

1 ★ This app needs to be updated badly. Reason for this horrendous score is because the app doesn't work more then half the time. For example when ever trying to change your settings on any of your devices it won't show all the settings options. What it would do is show some of the option sometimes and when going back in to the settings it won't show those same option again. Basically if you want to enable motion detection good luck turning it off when you get back into the settings. Next the app deactivates some of the features of the camera even if you have them checked off as enabled. so let's say you want to use the two way communication or you want to listen on to what's happening through the camera. Good luck using them even if your on the same network. What it does is just show the icon grayed out even if you enable it again within the settings. This could of been a great experience but with these major problems it's not worth the time that you'll be trying to get it to work properly.

1 ★ The camera is fine, very slow to move and not easy to pan, takes ages to make it do what you want it to. Then one hairline brush to pan it, it flies too far over. You get a ridiculous amount of recordings that are unbelievably difficult to view click on. The footage takes forever to load, you have to click through each individually, you can't click next or anything which would enable a more practical solution. You have to remember or make a note of each time you have watched, as once it's finished it quickly comes off it and goes back to the top of the footage feed on the hour you selected. It's impossible to access any worthwhile footage, takes a useless amount of time, imagine the man hours required if you had a burglary or something happen to you? It's impossible to use. It's actually the worst app I've ever used. Did the designers actually USE and TEST it before they implemented it and made the camera? What on earth were they thinking? What is the camera for and what am I supposed to do with it? It's better than nothing, and wouldn't be hard to fix and make a better app so you can view recordings more efficiently and effectively. 0/10 don't even bother buying it or downloading this sh te app.

1 ★ App won't later me add my cameras. Won't register on my new Wi-Fi router. Won't accept pin code or any manual entry. Very poor considering I have had the cameras less than 6 months! review... poor. 03/11/19 response to Developer Communication. I HAVE been working with your tech team for all the issues outlined. For a few weeks now. I have given you information on the issues and I have NO RESOLUTION from them. if i could rate lower than 1 star. I would.
