1 ★ Hi, I bought the book 15 minutes Italian since I wanted to use the app with it, but it turns out is not usable in my pixel 5 right now. Audios won't play. I would hit play ante text listen and repeat would go blue but nothing else happens. Recording works ok (I can hear myself back) but don't seem to be able to delete or re-record. Phone back button is exiting the app. I bought the book to use with the app, so can I please get some support or fixes? Thanks Emiliano

1 ★ Doesnt recognise ISBN code despite purchasing the book from Foyles not too long ago

1 ★ Not opened. Why does it need to access photos and files?

1 ★ I just bought the hard of this copy. It would not complete the download process. More than an hour now. So disappointing. I never experienced this with the other languages book which I downloaded before.

2 ★ This app would be really useful if it worked as it should. Restarting the phrases doesn't work properly, they either start second one in or they start from the very last phrase and continue from there, still missing the first phrase. You can't play a phrase on its own, you have to go through the entire list, which sucks especially since you have to go back to the menu to get it to replay properly. Plus the pause button doesn't even work, press it and the list keeps going. Please act on these

2 ★ Great book part of the learning program, BUT who ever wrote the software for the audio app apparently really doesnt care how bad it really works. It seriously needs an overhaul to rid it of all the bugs, and yet with all the complaints, nothing has been done to date to fix it. Also, the audio app only civers a small part of each lesson, not the whole thing.

1 ★ The voices and layout are great...although, I have only gotten to the first weeks lesson and have already come across some frustrating issues. Once the list plays through and stops, I'll press play again but now it continues to skip the first word. This is not all. On enough times when I have pressed pause, and the icon shows that it is paused, the readers will continue talking...and also, I will press on a word to go back to, and my screen recognizes the press, but nothing is highlighted.

1 ★ Wasted Potential. First and foremost, the speakers in this beginner french lesson sound like they are sped up. What is the point of speaking so fast it is unintelligible to beginners. Ironically, the instructions in english are slow. Second, the app requires constant finger pressing. I would like to be able to listen and practice while i am driving, it is impossible with this app. Third in order to repeat a word or phrase, you must exit back from the segment and start from the beginning.

2 ★ The scan for the QR code didn't work at all, and then there are problems with the lessons. On the parts of the lessons where you listen, you only get 1 shot to hear some parts; the app won't replay the first word or phrase and is a little bit or miss on the others. On the recording parts, after you record the last word, you lose the option to replay not only that word, but all the words/phrases in that section of the lesson.

2 ★ The workbooks are great but this app lacks of even the most basic functions, like playing only certain parts of the listening practices or repeating the more difficult ones. No single tracks available & one has listen to all instead only the difficult part. The pauses in the conversations are way too short for more difficult sentences to speak. The play/pause button doesn't really pause. I'm quite disappointed.

As many others have said, it does not recognize the QR code and I found all the other problems mentioned by other reviewers - won't record, won't replay, etc. As a professional software developer for many years, it looks to me like this app was written by someone's son/daughter who is still in high school. Totally unprofessional, clearly no proper testing regime. DK has a good reputation as a book publisher, but clearly has no idea how to develop software. Get professional help!

2 ★ Not sure I would have purchased this app and book if I had known it was Egyption Arabic, which is 1 of 4 dialects. I would have thought that this would have been MSA (Modern Standard Aribic), since this is what is taught in schools and typically understood by all. There are bugs and some things that could be improved. Also, can't seem to load more than one language at a time. To bad I bought French and Spanish books too.

1 ★ Why does the app need full access to everything on my phone?

1 ★ No audio on Galaxy S9 android. Developer guidance is weak. Even they dont know how to fix and tell you it's your phone settings. stick with the proven methods like an actual class or pay for Rosetta If your serious about learning. Duo Lingo is an option that actually works. Too bad. I love this concept but the lack of experience and customer support is disheartening. I'll be returning my book.
