1 ★ Service was horrible. I had to spent hours on the phone trying to get answers to questions and 4 months after my visit they withdrew $45 from my bank without ever sending me a bill. I have healtg insurance my copay is less than that.
3 ★ The app meh, you aren't able to login in to your account when you open it. & I had a bad experience with Dispatch health recently. I didn't before this for sure.
1 ★ I was feeling really bad and decided to sign up for this app recommended to me by yhe the emergency room in the past thinking it would be a solution to my pain and sickness and they refused to see me after they took down all of my personal information. I could have just went to the hospital insteaf of wasting twenty minutes of my time just to hear they wont come see me. I have asthma and its sad they denied me a visit when I have pretty good insurance.
5 ★ This is totally legit! I made a request through the app for an appointment. I had a call from them within 10 mins. The visit was the smoothest doctor visit ever! Super nice doctors came to my home and diagnosed my daughter with a ear infection and put in a prescription right then. I love this! Thank you dispatch health!!!
1 ★ After hearing about this on my local radio I was excited to use this cause I'm in & out of the hospital a lot. When I actually needed to use the app it told me it didn't service my area & sorry for the inconveniences. Needless to say that if it's not available in area it shouldn't have been advertise. This is giving ppl false hope at not having to go to the ER when there is none.
5 ★ I used the service back in August or September for a terrible respiratory infection. Transportation at the time was not easy for myself and somehow found out I could get a home visit at the same cost of my regular walk in clinic. Aka free. This was a life saver. They came the next day, were respectful, kind, and personable. They checked me out and gave me prescriptions for antibiotics, something to supress my constant cough, and inhaler refills I was out of. All w/o germ exposures at a clinic.
3 ★ Fantastic, enjoyable, speedy & professional. I was impressed how swift they got the medicinetThi that helped me start feeling better. I would definitely recommend these folks to use them when they don't feel good. This company is a very good service to our community & keeps so many people out of the Emergency room.
4 ★ Just created a new account. Very smooth with the exception of scanning insurance cards. Medicare number was totally wrong and somehow included a Group Number (Medicare doesn't use a Group Number). 1st scan of supplemental insurance card was worse - app picked up nothing - but 2nd scan was perfect.
5 ★ It's the *BEST* app I have came across. A thousand times THANK YOU to whoever made this app. Very convenient, and helpful. Docs and nurses are nicer and more respectful than at there own office. I VERY MUCH recommend it to everyone. I SIMPLY LOVE IT.
1 ★ I'm unable to access the app. 😠 During flu season 2019 I uploaded all of my information, including separate accounts for each member of my family along with our insurance card and now I can't get in. It worked the one time when I was setting everything up and I haven't been able to get into it since. THE APP IS UTTER GARBAGE 🗑 However, I do enjoy the at home service. 😉
5 ★ This app is great. They came to my house were able to test me for the flu and prescribe me Tamiflu and I didn't have to leave my house at all!
1 ★ The app doesnt work and I never got an opportunity to use it. Then it said my app was out of date. I tried to install the updateand received the same errir message. Total waste of an app.
1 ★ App would not open; just froze up every time I opened it. Even tried reinstalling, with no luck.

1 ★ the first rime they came it was ok im a mother of 4 as you know theres always something going on i calles a second time my child was feeling ill but not an emergency room type thing so i called and then i get a call 1 1/2 hr later tjat they cant come wow!!!about 1 month later i called again and the same thing someone will be there in 45 min well 1 hr passes by n quess what they had a "flat tire"ok is someone else coming or just wait for u or what nope i cant go my bad wft SO I WENT TO THE ER..!
