1 ★ Update still cant use this app. I reinstalled it too. Just sits on the Disney Store picture. 2/7/25 For the past month I can't get this app to open i have un-installed and reinstalled 3 times now and it won't open for me. 12/24
1 ★ The app is stuck on the blue welcome screen. I've tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling it. The app is completely unusable right now. 2/5/2025 update: Still stuck on the welcome screen. Why isn't this being fixed? Also, the email listed on this page for support of the Disney Store app, is incorrect.
1 ★ Never opens, it just gets stuck in a blue screen and never opens past that.
5 ★ I don't have an issues with this app. I love seeing all the new merch
3 ★ several glitches while trying to checkout. had to try 5 or 6 times before it processed.
