1 ★ Only way I can actually use my subscription and watch my team from out of market. Year after year this is the worst performing streaming app I use. This year's variety causes the cast option to zoom in on the TV randomly. A clear indicator of having a monopoly on the product (NFL football) and not having any real reason to manage and improve the service.
1 ★ You cannot look at your account while in the app. It's a terrible scheme they have DO NOT subscribe to Nfl Sunday Ticket. I got a free trial to see how I like it and it's terrible, casting is a nightmare, you can't even find the help button, and they make it Impossible for you to cancel. It's not a free trial, I repeat it is not a free trial.
1 ★ DirecTV sucks and half of my NFL games are unwatchably distorted. I figured I could use this app to watch games instead. However every game I click on plays the audio for about 3 seconds and then gives me the message "We're having trouble with this playing this video. Please try again later". I keep trying and keep getting that message. 3 weeks so far and seeing the same behavior :(
1 ★ When you cast a game to your TV, it matches the audio of your TV with the phone's volume (not the cast volume). This has been an issue for years. Please fix it already. Update: This is still an issue. Fix it, you unathletic, pigeon toed bums.
1 ★ This app is completely broken and does not run on Android 11. I'm using a Pixel 4 XL with the latest version of this app and it doesn't even boot up. It's sad that you pay all this money every season for the pass, but can't get a consistent connection when the games are on (I have FiOS gigabit with a google nest wifi mesh system, speeds wirelessly average around 300Mbps) so streaming is not an issue. Incosistent app availability and stability, and also no updates throughout the year.
1 ★ I am unable to watch the short cuts - it says that they are not available until after 12AM (which is meant to be Sunday Night/Monday Morning) but it is currently Tuesday. On the phone support is telling me it is up to the individual broadcast?! But none of the games work so unless every broadcast decided to strike that sounds like a lame excuse... there is absolutely zero support when you call in... I have been on the phone for almost two hours now (and counting) have spoken with 7 different peo
5 ★ Works fine for me. I've had minimal issues with this app for 3 years now. First 2 years were on 1st Pixel and this year running on Pixel 3a. Last year around week 8, they had issues streaming some games and made up for it by providing Redzone package for free for the rest of the season. Game mix works fine on mobile device only. Xbox One X app runs well enough. FYI the app isn't supposed to let you go past the loading screen until the Thursday night season opener on 9/10/20!
1 ★ Too many blackout games. 3 of the games I wanted to watch today were all blacked out somehow. How are you gonna charge so much for your service like $99/month and have blackout games?! Worst app ever!! Also primtime games not available somehow?
5 ★ I don't work for DirecTV or nothing like that but I do know that it's buggy because the season hasn't started for NFL Sunday ticket yet it will start working on Sunday properly I've had it for two seasons it does this every year don't use it during the week because it won't really work it'll show the scores but you won't be able to do anything else other than watch highlights so only use NFL Sunday ticket during games on Sunday
1 ★ Wow. This app and service is absolutely trash. We've been loyal customers and it's never been a good service. They cheat you out of screen space, and that's just the beginning. The best possible scenario is if Direct TV gets sold to someone who knows how to create an app that actually functions.
1 ★ THE SUPPORT EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH THE APP DOESNT EVEN WORK. This issue is associated with location permissions, once given, the App closes immediately. I can't even get the letters in before it shuts down. not only did I have to jump through hoops to be eligible but it's expensive. Fix it.
1 ★ I paid for the service (Sunday Ticket U) , but when I try to log in it says Sunday Ticket is not part of my subscription. I am not the only person complaining about this. You better fix it before Sunday!!!
1 ★ Not happy that I can't login. There will already be less fans this year than ever before so it is unbelievable that they can't get their app to work correctly and potentially lose even more fans. I seriously want my money back if this isn't fixed before Sunday.
1 ★ Constantly get the "sorry for the interruption" error while trying to login through the app, however it works fine on my laptop. Very discouraging.
2 ★ When casting to my TVs & chromecast this app instantly sends my volume to 100 percent. No other app I have does this. Hopefully y'all address this issue and come up with kind of patch/ update to resolve this issue. -Google pixel 3xl user.
