Download the latest My GPS Location: Realtime GPS application, version 3.4.15, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by digrasoft UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and is easy to download and install.

Description

My GPS Location provides you with the best available location, based on geolocation data from all currently-available location providers such as GPS and Wi-Fi. The app is ideal for all activities that need real-time GPS coordinates, for example, geocaching, sailing or field work. Also in astronomy and astrophotography, precise location information is crucial for optimizing telescope alignments and capturing the perfect celestial shot. My GPS Location is divided into three different tabs:

The OVERVIEW tab shows detailed information from the location sensors in real-time: latitude and longitude, altitude, accuracy, speed and bearing. Several formats are available for displaying the coordinates, e.g. decimal degrees or UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator). Length units can be displayed in meters or feet. Supported speed units are m/s, ft/s, km/h, mph or kn (knots).

The MAP view lets you easily discover what's nearby and see places you've previously saved, e.g. the fantastic spot from your last vacation, the anchorage from the last sailing or just the place where you parked your car. You can add new places by a long tap on the map. To move a place on the map, just make a long tap on it and drag it to its new position. All common map types such as road map and satellite are supported.

In the PLACES section, you can save, edit or delete your favorite places and check how far they are away from your current position. This is very handy if you want to know the distance from home when on a trip. Distance is defined using the WGS84 ellipsoid.

From anywhere within the app, you can easily share your current position data via your preferred messaging app. Your friends receive your GPS coordinates and a link to Google Maps with your position on it. In case of emergency, you can send an SMS with your GPS location, even if no data connection is available. Additionally, you can copy your GPS coordinates to the clipboard and paste them into map applications, chats or emails. Whether in an emergency, while traveling, geocaching, sailing, stargazing, astrophotography, or if you just need your UTM coordinates, with this location app you can always reliably see your current coordinates from GPS and save your location so you can find it again anytime.

5 ★ This app gives a far more accurate location and elevation than my Garmin GPS unit, well by about 20 feet. I really haven't tested it out under tree cover yet and quite honestly the accuracy is more based on the technology in my cell phone but anyhow, the terrain setting is great if you're I to the outdoors. Though the elevation lines on the terrain map do disappear as I zoom in, still not a big deal. The ads are of an exceptible size as well. Great simple little app.

5 ★ MY GPS Location does exactly what it says, simply and effectively, allowing you to share your location in various ways. The developer is extremely helpful and responsive, I did have a problem with a "br" ending added to the link when opening, but this is NOT the fault of the app, it was with my email client app, as when I used, for example Gmail, it worked perfectly. It is nice to see developers responding positively, as many seem to ignore problems - well done!

5 ★ I use this app for locations when I'm at the fire station. Wednesday we had to fly a kid out with a broken arm and was able to use this app to get the helicopter medics right to us in a country location. Thank you 10 stars all the way..

5 ★ Google maps can not get within 10 miles of my location. THIS app, on the other hand, can. It pinpoints my position to within 10 feet every time. Now if I could just get google/my phone to use this app to locate me maybe the next time I need an ambulance it would not go to the next town over looking for me.

4 ★ I use this app when boating at Detroit Lake especially when the water starts dropping. Handy to track good anchoring positions. I did make the mistake of not backing up saved locations when I changed phones, but lesson learned.

5 ★ This app is cool. Easy to use, fairly accurate, a better than the rest map and best of all, no need for phone access to internet. Only permission it wants is GPS, unlike many of the other similar apps.

2 ★ Not much better than Google maps. In fact it seems to be over ridden by Google maps. I was hoping it might boost maps accuracy. Nope. Both keep showing me in several different towns miles away. If I needed to get help by my phone GPS signal I would be long dead before anyone finds me.

5 ★ This app is simple and reliable to use. I live on acreage with very uneven topography and I wanted to locate my boundaries and corner markers. I was astounded how accurate the GPS was in pinpointing precisely where my markers were located. 👍

3 ★ It seems to work well for what I guess its purpose is, but it would be nice to have some option to continuously share my location. I don't know why sending data p2p and displaying it in an app seems to be an insurmountable challenge.

4 ★ It has really helped me and i think its a very nice and useful tool, If they can add a feature for cross platform sync where user can log in in multiple devices and have the same info they saved will be amazing thing.

5 ★ Still Very useful and interesting app. Nice to follow your speed, direction of travel etc eg. When on a train journey at night! Even better when paired with a dedicated GPS receiver.
