1 ★ So....it was good before this 2021 change, now it's ridiculous. Rewards are all chance that you pick matching cards, half the time when you open it's glitched and on the sponsors page, when you don't pick well and you pick a consolation card it it glitches it. Ik they're trying to avoid paper trading hands and all that but they've really made this more messed up than it ever was. Also, why is flashlight automatic? Your paper is gloss coated, all it does is blind the camera.

1 ★ This app is pretty useless if you have forgotten your log in info. You cant recover anything because the app will tell you that the recovery services are not functioning and ask for you to try again later. I have sent an email inquiring about my predicament and I have not recieved an email in two weeks regarding it. If you somehow remember your info, great, use it. But if you dont, then dont waste your space on your mobile device downloading this app.

1 ★ Extremely convoluted for a store monopoly game. Most people you see in-store refuse the game pieces. You can not use any of the coupons in store. FIRST you have to jump thru a few steps within the app. If Safeway and the parent company did not want us to play, just don't make the game. Much simpler that way.

1 ★ What a miserable app. Out of the 63 tickets I had I gave up on trying to scan them after 7 or 8. It defaults your camera flash on, on shinny paper, who's bright idea was that. You couldn't have used a QR code? I'm not going to spend a half hour trying to scan 10 pieces of tickets after shopping. I just threw all the tickets awaythe tickets away. I'm gonna continue to collect them at the register and throw them right into the trash. You waste my time I'll waste your fancy printed pieces.

1 ★ This app is as useless a knitted condom. Scanning coupons with your phone works about a quarter of the time. When it does scan, the app sometimes freezes, so you have to restart the app, or it tells you the code is wrong, so you have to type in the code anyways. Most of the cards are dumb coupons no one will ever really use, and the playable cards are all rigged. I've done around 15, and you have to tap and match 3 of 9 cards, and you never end up matching. Bring back the old board system!!!

1 ★ They fixed the app, but the app is beyond awful. We used to be able to put together the board, which was fun. Now we spend all the time scanning. Worse, we end up winning less and less due to each chance step. Worse, I've noticed that products have gone up in price, at the stores. As if to compensate for the coupons. Absolutely ridiculous. Monopoly is not fun to participate anymore. I'd rather shop elsewhere, now.

2 ★ The game isn't fun now. Out of about 80 tickets scanned I've won 100 yards of dental floss and a nail clipper. Whoop-de-doo! And the fact that it's more difficult to collect a prize is NOT a plus. Where are those million dollar prizes they advertise? Does one have to pick the three proper boxes to win it? That would make the odds of getting a million dollar ticket - and actually winning with it about a zillion to one. Not worth the time nor trouble.

1 ★ This is absolutely horrible. 90 percent of the time the scanning doesn't work even with a white paper in background. Stand over it for 5 minutes and it either won't scan or says invalid code. Seriously? Typing it in doesn't work either. Is this your way of deliberately frustrating people into giving up? Absolutely no reason for you to have changed this game into an online fiasco.

1 ★ This App is useless. It doesn't work... At all. After installing, I get a pretty blue screen. That's it. After restarting the app, I get a screen that shows a bunch of corporate logos with no option to do anything. The "hamburger" menu doesn't work. Nothing works!!! Complete fail. This is a nation-wide rollout with over a million downloads. how can this be so completely broken. If you're going to make a promotional game, I suggest making one that doesn't make your customers angry. You know all those corporate logos on your broken main screen? I remember them very well now.

2 ★ App development is poor. The game should not be called Monopoly. Objective is not Monopoly style. Home Screen often missing options, which loads after a very long dragging moment. An update should be seriously considered and promoted while the game is still going. ** 'Play The Game' button option loaded after force stopping and reopening app so I could scan tickets and sign in again. ** For those struggling to scan tickets, try scanning landscape style (horizontal) and ensure there is no glare.

1 ★ Like many others, I can't get the game to activate. Can't get passed the main screen, no button to start the game. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Have many game pieces to scan in.. I hate this app. Can't use, guess they DON"T want anyone to at least have a chance to win. Oh, this is NOT Monopoly. There is no Monopoly board (even virtual) to add the non-existent game pieces to. . Don't call it what it no longer is. This is a complete failure and farce..

1 ★ This "Game" isn't worth the effort. Every barcode entered allows the user to select a matching set of three, from the nine cards provided (do the math, the odds aren't in your favor), in hopes that the user can win $1.00 in "Shoppers Cash". The consolation prizes are either tokens or a coupon for a sponsoring vendor. Essentially, you stand a good chance at loosing, collecting tokens that are essentially useless and growing the bottom line of vendors that you wouldn't otherwise consider. JUNK

1 ★ Just like everyone else, after 3 weeks of doing this, the app won't let me past the product page. The flash is set to default and the game changes are horrendous. I had fun playing in the past, even though I never won any more than $5 cash or a $5 casb card. I was able to save up enough points to get a $25 cash card for 3 years running plus free items from the store. But now the game just socks big time. I've given up and will shop more elsewhere.

1 ★ You would think with all the negative comments that somebody would fix this app, but nobody has. I'm having the same issue as many other people. It takes FOR-EV-ER to scan 1 game piece (if it even does scan). I also do not like the mini game (just give me or don't give me a prize, it's that easy). Please fix the scanner and I'll update my review.

1 ★ This app will not work. Frozen. Kicked out. Non-Responsive. A just happened within the past 3 days... You already took half the prizes away--at least have a functional app :( Not even going to speak on the horrible choice in "playing" the 2021 game/UI itself, cause it's not even close to a resemblance of a "Monopoly game" so..
