1 ★ Scammers- These guys are scammer. They never ever assist anything after you paid and ask for money again and again. I have paid almost double price for ticket only because I booked through Bravofly.

1 ★ Customer of bravofly be aware. This business is a scam. Biggest disappointment ever. I bought my ticket within 48 hours of departure time and they upsold me with a FullFlex package which promised free cancellation. When I tried to cancel they told me refund is only for cancellation 48 hours prior to departure. And will issue me a voucher instead that can only be used on their website. But customer service screwed up so I didn't end up getting anything

1 ★ Steer clear and don't be deceived by the paid-for fake reviews! This is by far the worst page I've used to buy tickets, and I used a lot (airtickes24, gotogate, lastminute, to name. few). They simply add on things to your booking & increase the flights, and a refund is impossible even if you have insurance since there is no customer support email, and the phone line is useless, only leaving you with a huge phone bill.

1 ★ Worst app ever....adds unnecessary fees by default and also cuts hidden charges,,i have never seen such a worst app,,useless

1 ★ I don't realise how what they are doing is legal - they told me it would be a 30€ fee to cancel a flight, so I told them go ahead with it and bought a new ticket, but a week later they informed me the cancellation would actually cost 500€. I could have kept the original ticket and adjusted other arrangements with less than 100€ of additional expenses, had they only told me the true price of cancellation. Stay away from them.

1 ★ AVOID AVOID AVOID Do not use this company, they are so unhelpful, will lie about airlines policies and procedures, will do anything to try get you to cancel a flight knowing you won't get a refund, do not book with them

1 ★ Worst experience ever... They told us the connection flight was cancelled. Which was true, but they offered me a new route from London to Bali with 2 stops. The issue was that I would fly from London to Amsterdam and than from Kuala Lumpur to Bali... Yep... No connection between Amsterdam and Kuala Lumpur. I had called them for over 10 Times a month prior to the flight and none of the customer service team found an issue. A night before the flight I called the airline and they did it for me.

1 ★ If you want your vacation ruined, book with Bravofly! We had booked with them and went to the airport, however we couldn't get our tickets and when in touch with them they refunded us but we had already made these plans, they just took too long to let us know that actually the booking had never gone through... They refused to compensate us in any way for all the inconveniences and added costs they caused us. So yes, choose Bravofly if you want to ruin your vacation! Otherwise stay away.

1 ★ Despite the purchased Flexible fare, I had to pay an extra 12 euro for the seats on the return flight otherwise no check in was possible to get. None boarding passes were provided before the departure. Many attempts to reach out the customer support line which was not available neither by phone nor by email. The return boarding passes were provided in time.

1 ★ There is no way to talk to a human Customer Care operator. I have a booking ID from 2020, for a refund that was never finished processed, and the chat with the robot leads to died end. You are trying the best to avoid taking to your customers. Response to Bravofly's reply: There is no way to 'contact Customer Service Team directly' - there was only a robot to chat with upon clicking 'Need help?'.

1 ★ I have been charged $30 aud more than what it showed on app. Normally, other travel agency will send confirmation within the minute you booked. Apparently Bravofly will take 3 working days to respond. I really hope they can get back to me asap and my booking goes through successfully, not like some people got canceled in the end.(They couldn't confirm my booking, refund received - wasted of my time

I have downloaded the app in Thailand, I wanted to log in via my Facebook account, everything is in Thai, so I try to change language, after that it takes me back to log in screen again and still all in Thai. Another pain is absolutely no option in the app where to change currency. I live in Thailand with currency THB, flights are shown in GBP, my flight was cancelled and I got vouchers in Euro and I need to fly to Canada with CAD. Utter mess.

1 ★ Refund flight get only voucher code (80% of your booking price) But no way to use that code Very bad experience and pain on service.

1 ★ It is one of the worst flight booking applications in the world. I booked a trip to India and chose the fulflex service, and after that I decided to cancel the service and the amount was supposed to be returned to my account, but unfortunately it was not returned till now, and when I talk to them they lie and claim that they have returned the amount, I do not recommend you to use it.
