1 ★ I tried 3 times to sign in using the email link, each time I got an "connection lost" error. Guess I'll order from another restaurant.
1 ★ Get to cart: "invalid cart", app bricked.
1 ★ No option to add a tip for the driver anymore
1 ★ I am executive chef status, but none of my rewards or history load anymore. And it says I have 0 points. What happened??
1 ★ Prices keep rising making rewards less useful. Side order went from 4.21 to 5.00 . Dig Rewards is useless unless you want to accept a menu item you never wanted (specific side dish or a cookie). Being rewarded for loyalty and a frequent customer should provide more options not less.
1 ★ App will not open and discounts are going to expire. When will it be fixed? Also not recording purchases and assigning points when scanned in store. Update: Received a response on 8/12/22 that this was fixed. On 8/13, it's not working, again!!
5 ★ Dig has consistently delivered in quality ingredients & delectable flavors; also, the platter arrangements are very colorful. You can count on staple items, but I love how there are new menu items as seasons change.
1 ★ I ended up order with Uber eats after 15mins of trying to order through Dig. Both App and website not working (can only open with web browser on my phone through email link they send) and when I got to check out step it keep bugging out when trying to add credit card.
1 ★ Full of bugs. Cannot order in one time more than one item (when adding 2nd side it blocks) And the worst - should be easy to fix - is that we cannot see what we are ordering (put in the cart) before placing order.
1 ★ New app cannot even make an order. Keeps giving error STILL UNABLE TO VIEW REWARDS IN THE APP FOR IN STORE REDEMPTION ON NEW UPDATE JAN 12. THE APP ALSO IS EXPIRING POINTS AT END OF CALENDAR YEAR INSTEAD OF ROLLONG 12 MONTH BASIS, SO ALL POINTS ACCUMULATED IN NOVEMBER DECEMVER ARE USELESS AND POINTLESS. I CONTACTED DIG SUPPORT ABOUT THIS AND THEY CLOSED MY SUPPORT TICKET. FIX THIS ALREADY, GETTING WORSE EVERYDAY
3 ★ I signed up for the 1st order and was promised $5 off. However, even though I ordered timely, my code was not honored. I even called and had the original order canceled and reordered. I would rate the app 2, but the food is great.
2 ★ Problem from day 1. Says that it can't verify my credit card because it's being used on another app. Tried many times. There are probably 50 apps that use my credit card. What does that have to with this? And therefore, I can't claim rewards that it says I'm entitled to.
5 ★ Great app, just missing one thing... I would have liked to just get a rough average of the calories consumed with the order. Just to get a little extra info on how much I'm consuming.
5 ★ Surprisingly delicious, very nutritious, seasonal menus that have not once disappointed. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.
