You can now access your documents and certificates from your DigiLocker on your mobile devices.
App permissions
DigiLocker 8.1.3 APK requires following permissions:

1 ★ it says minor bug fixes but actually it's few more bug added to existing ones. Tech is means to be better day by day but this app is getting worst day by day. I was completely dependent on this one for vehicle related documents but it doesn't opens and have nothing to show to police personnel.
1 ★ I am surprised to see 4.2 rating for this app. I have installed DigiLocker several times hoping the problems might have fixed. Disappointed and uninstalled everytime. Till this date the app keeps crashing everytime. It seems very easy to upload documents, but in reality its very difficult due to app crash everytime. I don't see any difference with or without DigiLocker !! I wish to change this rating in future if DigiLocker makes a difference. Untill then i am keeping unnecessary apps away.
2 ★ Concept is good but this is highly unreliable. The issued documents do not show up when needed , to top that there are frequent sign in requirements. Recently there was no option of adding a vehicle registration, the option just disappeared.
1 ★ Most of the time there is a error fetching doc. If there is error during refresh, the doc gets deleted. If the doc has a different name format, it doesn't fetch because the Name does not match. If you raise a ticket, they just tell you to update the app. Fix all the issues.
4 ★ I'm satisfied with DigiLocker. It is Easy to use and user friendly interface. I can organise documents very well in DigiLocker Drive. I've a feature request, there should be an option to add Notes in the drive, so that we can save our very important notes also. Thank you 😊.
1 ★ I would really like to use this app. But everytime I log in, within a minute the app logs me out with a message,"unauthorized access, please sign in again" I have tried about 10 times still facing the same issue. Hope you can find a solution for it.
1 ★ Need to tell you one thing while using the app is getting crash again and again. If u want can share you video for the same too many loopholes in this app. Need to fix this ask your developers to fix the crash or they can check the Crash Analytics. Thank you
2 ★ Great intent, poor execution. The user experience is poor and confusing. The app. Itself is not convenient to use. The documents do not load, most documents are missing or are in 'fetching' status
1 ★ Every document got uploaded except my Class X Marksheet, doesn't even have the option of Month (only March), when the real month is May. Recently, the app shuts down unexpectedly. It is needed to resolve these issues.
1 ★ Facing challenges after uploading the Vehicle documents, app starts crashing, not allowing to search documents. I can't images such obvious bugs into this app which is being used by lots of users, kindly fix this issue asap.

1 ★ very bad experience, when i click on verify now my account app has been automatically closed, I could not able to use this i am not able to verify my account When i open my digilocker App its showing very your account, but when i click on verify app has been stopped and automatically closed, That's why I am not able to use it. 1 ★ The app suddenly showing that it needs a physical device to run, it will not run in an emulator. I am trying to open it in my mobile and few days back i used the app in my mobile, but now it is showing this in the same device
