2 ★ Last update have very bugs, I can't see buy or sell orders all time. Its hidden. Very lag also. Please check and fix this.big trouble for use it.this time also bugs .

1 ★ SCAM!! Using this app was a nightmare! They claimed to support a specific coin I was looking for. Once my ETH was transferred they told me I had to buy more or I would lose the full balance I had already transferred. I bought more, losing even more money on transfer fees. It finally gave my balance. They inform me they don't actually support the coin. Even though their site said they did. So I lost even more money transferring my funds to a better app. They scammed me out of 25% of my funds.

5 ★ It's a good blockchain app idea. When I first learned about bitcoin, I felt so cool. I got in touch with it more. I didn't expect that there were so many other contents in this thing, especially the trading. It was crazy to watch and play. Then I saw many platform websites all the time. The promotional videos were very eye-catching. I think the bitcoin company atmosphere was good blockchain app

1 ★ Wallet maintenance/upgrades can happen randomly with no warning preventing you from depositing and withdrawing. I have 2 wallets for 2 independent projects and they both have been "under maintenance" for almost 2 months. I'm out about $1000. Their customer support is quick and friendly but all they tell you be patient and thanks for your patience. I wanted to literally give them more money but maybe it is a good thing they are preventing me from doing so

1 ★ Terrible app. I don't know if it's an issue of phone compatibility but it always says poor Network connection even at the highest speeds (1mbs+). I'm able to open other apps. I contacted customer support and got no feedback. Overall, terrible user experience. Please fix.

1 ★ Fake exchange. The price will drop significantly (more than 50%) from the lowest price on orderbook when you are selling and it will climb significantly when you are buying. Orders are never filled and the volume shown is totally fake. The prices displayed on order book are totally fake. Stay away from this exchange if you don't want to loose your money.

1 ★ Wrost App for Crypto Trading I have lost a lot of crypto in this app, here all the tokens whose listing expires, or changes to new tokens, these people keep all those tokens, and you get huge loss. Then you can never get back from them. From my experience, this app is a very poor app, it is good that you keep your coins in a good crypto exchange.

1 ★ Worst exchange app ever. After a long time login off, I download the new one to find out it is poros that my 2fa is not activated on my account login anymore, and the network connection is very poor. That I can't even talk to support. This is a bad app. And not secure anymore. Please do something about it

3 ★ Buying Tokens transaction did not work, even though it went through. Had to buy elsewhere and transfer to DigiFinex. Adding location for payment options only 'America' (im from UK). And now today, theres an unavoidable 'upgrade now' pop up, the only option is to upgrade, which would be ok if there was an actual update! So now im stuck. No update, only 'open app' which goes back to where i was... upgrade? I think they have alot of upgrading to do...(edit. Update available 4 mins later)

1 ★ I transferred 1 bsv to my account. As it turns out they are "upgrading" the bsv for the genesis. Guess what, that was on January 10, 2020. It is now March 22, 2020. Over 2 months and still not working and they have no clue when it will. So until it is working, I have no access to my bsv. Do not use them. I repeat, stay away from this app and this exchange. I have a feeling my bsv is gone forever. They are incompetent and have no clue as to anything that is going on. Zero stars.

1 ★ I'm regretting updating this app to the latest version. The experience is totally bad owing largely to the app always crashing, latest transactions not updated, and balances not updated to initiate a buy/sell order. The previous version was a lot better but this one is totally poor. I wish I could give you a zero rating.

1 ★ Absolutely garbage platform. I've tried depositing on it with 2 different coins and had problems both times, leaving my money tied up without knowing why for almost a full day the first time and hours the second time. The first time support didn't even get back to me. The second time I was told a technician needed to review my deposit even after it confirmed on the blockchain, but they would not tell me why.

1 ★ One of the worst crypto apps ever. The connection speed is very poor. I can't even create account. Constantly telling me to check network connection whenever I click "get code" meanwhile my connection is perfect and stable. Worst worse

1 ★ I'm so annoyed for downloading this app in the first place because my verification was being rejected. What I mean is that there are some countries they don't have their names writing in that proof of address but only the house address and which is only issue on electricity bill as authorized by the landlord. So i think if you're still asking users to use this your method to verify their proof of address, you will end up stopping alot of people to use this app.
