1 ★ First time using really disappointed. I have tried to send a top up to Jamaica, it came up with an error saying it hadnt work when in actual fact it has taken 2 payments and created 2 identical top ups. Both top ups have been sitting there in progress for almost 6hrs. Click on help and it comes up with an error for that too
1 ★ This app is not working ever since the upgrade. I can't send my family top up. It keeps loading never ending. And when I add a new payment it's not coming up for me to use to top up. Bring back the old app please
2 ★ The old app was easier and efficient when topping up credits from overseas. I would top up credits for families in PNG from Australia with no issues..fast and efficient. It is difficult now with this new app. It doesn't store my regular contacts and my credit card details for reuse. Please could you sort this out.
1 ★ It allows you to start the transaction...I put in all the necessary information but when it comes to the last part which is to pay the red arrow jus go round and round without completing the transaction..
2 ★ One of these stars are for the previous app. Not a fan of the new update, it keeps crashing talking bout error or update all day. Kmt. Please fix the cliches. I use this app top up my family back home.
1 ★ App worked fine until upgrade! My login works online but in app it keeps saying it's wrong. Any topup I send is now done on website. No issues with previous app for so many years, this upgrade is a joke.
1 ★ I am unsure as to why there is an issue in adding my card to the app. Digicel, please fix this app. It is annoying to be trying to complete one step over and over to no avail.
1 ★ 3 months after complaining and the improvement is that the app goes as far as payment then crashes! What's happened? This app was so good. Now it's unusable! Very disappointing. Come on Digicel go back to the original app this one must be losing you $1,000's!
1 ★ The old App was much more User friendly. This upgrade had heen a disaster and judging by friends and associates who used to use this App before. Everyone is finding other means of Topping Up family, friends and loved ones.
1 ★ App don't work, trying to top up my mother's phone from December and a month after it still saying transaction in process...worst app ever. Why can't you guys get this app fixed or just get rid of it and go back to the old one, this app still not working
3 ★ The app working so far, on the 27th of February I got three different top up with the double up special. But the next day the double was gone, the three people who I bought it for didn't get to used it.
2 ★ Was fine until recently, try to use but app stopped bringing up the top up amounts, says something went wrong, switch internets but still the same, had to revert to m-recharge to send my topup because of it.
1 ★ Terrible, awful, annoying, disappointing. This transaction is not going through. It would keep connecting...recurringly. Left it for an entire day and I'm still waiting for the process to go to the next step. 👎 not good digicel. You are losing points and customers massively. I will have to look for other means of topping up mobiles in St.Lucia. Sort this out digicel. I'm not impressed and I'm sure that this is not good for business.
1 ★ I have to agree with one of these customer "if its not broken, don't fix" this app was doing great before the so call "new look". I have been trying to send my husband credit since yesterday and all the app is saying "something went wrong " and nothing else. Digicel please address your glitches because you are creating a negative image for the company.
1 ★ This is the worse app, I am not sure why the upgrade was done. It doesn't work it just spin and spin and no transaction can be done. If it's not broken leave it
