5 ★ Once I figured out that my location services needed to be turned on this app is working great!
4 ★ The user interface is good (not great). There is a significant delay between the time you tap on the device and the time its menu options are presented. It's not clear during that time if its actually doing anything and you are tempted to tap on it again which sometimes cancels the action you were trying to take. Dear developer. The most common use case for me is to set the timer to go on later that same day for a one-time use. I can't do that from the existing UI. I must select a program (say weekly) that I don't really want and then hope that I remember to go back and turn that program off after the watering. I'm sure the device is capable of that. It's only the app that needs work.
5 ★ started using this app with the new blue tooth controller on our community garden. I have been using the solar operated one but needed to add a second zone. After 3 weeks it has been working like a charm. simple to program for this non techie retiree. I really like the history built in and the ease of running the system manually even if you don't have your phone with you. I had a bit of a connection problem at first, resolved it by keeping Bluetooth and gps on, shutdown the phone and restarted.
