Download the latest Find in Files (FGrep) application, version 1.02, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Tools app is developed by B. Gruber and is easy to download and install.

Description
By using the code of this APP, Diff Tool is able to find documents and text files on your device containing the pieces of text you are looking for.
In contrast to other GREP, aGREP and eGREP APPs, this APP additionally supports document files like Word ®*, Excel ®*, PowerPoint ®* and other office products.
The following plain text files are supported:
ASCII, ANSI, ISO-8859-1, Latin1, CP1252,
UNICODE (UTF-8/16/32 little and big endian).
The following documents are supported:
DOC, XLS, PPT, RTF(latin1 only),
DOCX, XLSX, PPTX,
ODT, ODS, ODP.
And the text search will also work on many different binary file formats too, as long these files are not crypted or compressed.
After you have installed that App, run DiffTool and select the menu "extras / find in files" (see the second screenshot picture too).
FGrep can not find text on pictures.
The tool does contain a simple text viewer only, which displays the unformatted text of each file found, without any pictures. To display the real content of documents, please install DiffDroid too.
To run this Add-On, DiffTool version 1.83 or later is needs to be installed (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.difftool).
