4 ★ The Driver App works well, just got 2 suggestions. 1st. As drivers we need an option to Add Credits to the Rider's account when they are paying Cash, in the event we don't have change for them, it becomes very inconvenient to wait for a rider while they try and ask for loose change around. 2nd. I am grateful for the option to flag other areas as dangerous,& I think there are a few missing to the least & the more we decline trips in these areas, then it affects our AR Overall the app is Great!
2 ★ I've been an Uber Owner-Driver for over 2 years and have a rating of 5.0 because I believe in service excellence, so I know understand this industry. I've tried using the DiDi platform for the past month now and these incentives look nice on the App, but that's as far as it goes. Device is set to the highest performance level, running the latest Android software. Driven all over Port Elizabeth but still hardly get any requests for trips so goals are unattainable, irrespective of availability.
5 ★ You need to fix pick up location point especially when using waze or google maps And i don't know why you don't have DIDI PREMIUM LIKE UBER AND OLA
4 ★ Once I started as a Didi driver in Brisbane was great where a short trip was not less than $6.69. Now I think that I can't accept any trip in the morning or afternoon as I will spend much of my time for cents. And also my big point is when we're given a Long pick up trip that is not even profitable and end up getting bad ratings for being late. But all in all life is hard so we keep working.
1 ★ PASSENGERS BEWARE!! DANGER!!! DiDi do not do mental screening of there drivers, driver was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and was too abusive! I FELT MY LIFE WAS IN DANGER! On top of that the app kept crashing and freezing while I was trying to look for a option to make a complaint but the app doesn’t give you any option to do so. This is unacceptable by Didi to allowing their drivers to get away with extremely aggresive behaviour! This was HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE hope no one else have to go through this!!!
1 ★ Ive been a uber driver for 3 years and uber has been amaizing ever since. 1 week on DIDI and my a count gets deactivated for assisting a client to request through the app to provide invoices for work and my account gets block for doing the exact same thing ive been doing on uber and no complaints. Upgrade your service and ensure you look into drivers benifits as you do clients.
1 ★ Very sad that Didi doesn't even read our accept the same documents stated in their requirements. There's no email and there's no notes to add and there's no help where you can chat to Didi consultants. They don't even respond to emails.. It's odd. Surely they can allow a help button for chats
4 ★ I have a good excellent service with Didi I love driving in this platform but my concern is that.... The radar can pick someone who is 15km aways I wish you could work on that
5 ★ Great platform on my side but this month was very slow as requests were few and far in between. May is so far the slowest month in terms of the rate of requests but overall Didi is doing well. Thanks

1 ★ I downloaded the app and its asking if I want to register as a driver and it doesn't give me the option to skip that because I want to request a ride. Deleted it again. Cant believe how I just wasted 98MB to download the app.
3 ★ most of the time pickup point is quite far - 5km +. if you decline the trip it will be thrown again to you thus increasing your decline rate
1 ★ Surge is very rare and app is not good enough. Notifications regarding document expiry pops up before a month from expiry date.
