Description
Fast Light gives you quick and convenient access to your flashlight via 3 different methods:
* Shake on Lock screen
* Voice commands on Lock screen
* Persistent notification
Shake on Lock screen:
================
* You must already have a screen lock before attempting to use this feature. If you don't have one, open Device Settings -> Security -> Screen lock and pick one.
* Face Unlock may be problematic, because the camera interferes with the flashlight function
* Enable Shake on Lock screen from Fast Light
* Press the power button to turn off your screen
* Press the power button again to show the lock screen - do NOT unlock the device
* Shake
Custom lock screen applications (downloaded from the market):

Custom lock screens do not behave like the standard ones. Right now Fast Light supports the following custom lock screen apps:
* GO Locker
* WidgetLocker
* MagicLocker
Timeout setting and accidental starting
================
Fast Light uses an advanced shake-detection algorithm, but there is always the possibility of false-positives. The most frequent case of accidental starting of the light happens while the device is in the user's pocket during a walk and the power button gets pressed. If a timeout value has not been set the battery will be drained very fast. The recommended Timeout value is 20 seconds.
Voice on Lock screen

* This feature is available on Android 2.2 and newer
* You must already have a screen lock before attempting to use this feature. If you don't have one, open Device Settings -> Security -> Screen lock and pick one.
* Face Unlock may be problematic, because the camera interferes with the flashlight function
* Read the info for custom lock screens and the Timeout setting in the Shake on Lock screen section above.
* Enable Voice on Lock screen from Fast Light
* Press the power button to turn off your screen
* Press the power button again to show the lock screen - do NOT unlock the device
* You can say one of the following commands in English
- "light"
- "lights"
- "torch"
* Additional languages will be added soon.
If you are on Android 4.0 or earlier:

Voice recognition requires an active internet connection. You can change the language from:
Device Settings -> Voice input & output -> Voice recognizer settings
If you are on Android 4.1 and newer:
================
You can install a language pack for most popular languages, so the voice recognition will not require an active internet connection.
To change the language:
Device Settings -> Language & input -> Language
To install a language pack:
Device Settings -> Language & input -> scroll down -> Voice Search -> Offline speech recognition
Persistent notification:
================
The persistent notification allows you to toggle the light from anywhere as long as the notification bar is accessible. There is an additional option, which shows the battery usage and remaining time while the light is on (only on devices, which has a camera flash). Before using the battery usage feature, you must calibrate it. Here's how:
The light should be kept on for 5-10 minutes for maximum accuracy. Make sure the device is NOT charging. After the first data appears, you must NOT turn it off. The longer you keep the light ON, the better accuracy. This has to be done only once.
Read Phone State permission:

This permission is used to stop the light, when the device starts ringing or prevent the light from starting while in a call.
App permissions
TF: Fast Light 1.1.2 APK requires following permissions:
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to record audio.

1 ★ It was a good application until the user has to reinstall each and every lights used to have in older version. And new update request the access for phone call access and remote connected number. Totally unnecessary.
3 ★ Just needed a certain shake, an up and down will do it (screen face away or toward hand). But it does require a little force not a lot. Its most likely different for each phone (duh). I was using a Drone Max.
4 ★ I use Shake on Lock screen only and it works good. I would really appreciate longer maximal timeout (e.g.10 minutes ). 3 minutes is not enough. I get the author's concern about the battery draining but decision should be up to the user.
4 ★ I don't know if it's not sensitive enough, or if the background service needed to make it work is getting closed, but it doesn't seem to always work on my LG G3. It seems to be especially when it hasn't been used for some time.
3 ★ Voice recognition does not worth anything. I speak "torch" or "lights" many times but nothing happens. Knock knock , is anybody there to reply and fix them....??
5 ★ Still have to turn the screen on for shaking on, but when I turn the screen off it stays on! This is what I wanted so that I can hold the phone however is necessary for whatever my current task is. Then I can shake to turn off while the screen is still off. Perfect! Seriously, it took me a long time to find a flashlight app that would do this. So happy :)
1 ★ Only cuz there were not fewer stars. This app does NOTHING. it has useless settings. Dont waste your time. Its probably a hack.
3 ★ This is very laggy when you shake your phone to get the LED on (LG-D337). If activated through this app, the lights can only remain lit for 180 seconds maximum, which isn't very practical at all.
1 ★ I am confused I dont know if it doesnt work or it is just like this.Bad bad really bad.I need to give it 0 star.when I opened the app it just lightened then closed quickly
1 ★ It doesn't work properly anymore. When it was a default part of the flashlight app, a light shake was sufficient. But now it works only on certain times by shaking vigorously.
5 ★ A lot quicker and easier than unlocking my screen if I just need a torch. No problems on my S4. Isn't so sensitive that it shakes on by accident, which is good.
1 ★ I cannot see a reason why this light providing app demands an access to my microphone, photos, device and calls info.
2 ★ Update: Was working great. Now the shake to turn on plug in goes missing. Doesn't work either. Phone vibrates but the led doesn't turn on reliably.
4 ★ This is a very good Flashlight. Work's Great. But make sure you read all the instructions that comes with this app also check out the add-ons. I'm using the voice add-on and found it to be very useful.
5 ★ Correct this problem. It says error Insufficient Storage. Correct this problem stupids. EDIT: THANKS FOR CORRECTING PROBLEM. IT DOWNLOADED YAAY
