Description
With this application you can find optimal combinations for any objective. Get the maximum benefit or the effects you want. Create pure potions and poisons. Create recipes to discover the largest number of effects. Try different alchemy perks before upgrading. Increase quickly your gold and your skills.
Features:
- Calculates all available recipes you can do with a set of ingredients. Searches by all the 33,682 optimal combinations with all common ingredients, Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn DLCs.
- Allows you to manage many character status. It remembers current skills, selected perks and equipment of the character. These values have influence on alchemy results.
- The value, magnitude and duration of effects in the recipes are calculated taking into account the character status. Therefore, the effects are the same in the game.
- Takes into consideration "special" ingredients which multiply (sometimes x100) the value, magnitude and duration of some effects.
- You can save ingredients information on every character status: selections, the amount you have and the discovered effects in the game.
- You can use these information in searches to find available recipes with your inventory and new recipes to discover new effects.
- When you make a recipe in the game, you just have to push a button to update the discovered effects and number of ingredients. There's no need to update manually the character status in the application.
- You can do quick searches by simply selecting ingredients from the list. You don’t need to set the character status, or inventory, or discovered effects.
- Search results can be re-filtered and sorted without having to do a new search.
- Save your favorite recipes and share them by an unique ID. You can share them using applications, social networks and the web.
- You can search for recipes using the unique ID, which are the same in all languages.
- Valid for all versions: PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
There are many available search options:
* Ingredients: Determined by the inventory, selected ingredients or DLCs.
* Effects: Several options depending on selected effects.
* Combinations: Two and / or three ingredients.
* Results: Several options depending on whether they are special, pure, or use DLCs.
* Sort: By ingredient names, main effect names, number of discovered effects, value, cost of ingredients, ratio value/cost, number of possible potions, recipe ID, favorite recipe name and number of effects.
Versions:
- FREE: Free version is fully functional but has ads and search is limited to one per minute. However, during that time you can filter the results of the previous search. The favorite recipes are limited to 5.
- PRO: Pro version has the same functionality, but it has no ads and no limits.
Languages:
- Fully translated into ENGLISH, SPANISH, GERMAN, CZECH, FRENCH, ITALIAN, POLISH, RUSSIAN and JAPANESE.

5 ★ Great for finding out what each ingredient does and what combinations to make to create them. You can set up a profile or not. The ads aren't intrusive and mostly are for the paid version. Not to discourage anyone from supporting the dev but the free version works totally fine. If you're annoyed by the restrictions definitely get the paid one. Grateful it includes the Dragonborn DLC. If possible, please add the ability to save on SD.
4 ★ Great app, work awesome. Only reason not 5 stars is when you're entering ingredient quantities, if you click the amount box, enter your quantity and swipe, without hitting next, to the next ingredient, it dosen't save the amount you entered. Fix that or make it so volume buttons act as the +/- buttons on the ingredient screen and you have a 5 star app.
5 ★ I'm late to the party playing Skyrim again years later, and years later this app is beautiful. Took just a little exploring, and I don't find it at all confusing. I didn't believe it would work at first but it has can't wait to make some Potions :) thanks to the Dev
3 ★ I like that I can put in my character's information and ingredients (even if adding them all took forever because I had so many). The layout's nice, too. There seems to be a bug in the filters though. It always shows ingredients from the expansions even if the option to show them is unselected. Same with the search, when I tried to show positive effects only, it still showed all of them.
4 ★ I looked at a couple others but so far this is probably the best one out there. Getting around the user interface may prove difficult for some. For those common TES knowledge maneuverability should prove slightly easier. For this reason I rate 4 stars instead of 5.
1 ★ Confusing to use, tedious to add ingredients, and worse of all... a minute between searches? The ads I understand, but a minute between searches because you're pushing for the pro version? Uninstalled, better apps out there.
5 ★ Takes all of the guesswork out of the alchemy process and tracks your stock of ingredients. It is a little confusing at first but the normal person should be able to pick up on it quickly. If I could make a suggestion for a future update, make it so that when you tell the app that when you make some potions and use up all of a certain ingredient, the list of combinations refresh to remove the ones that need the ingredient you just ran out of.
4 ★ It says that for pearls and small pearls you seem to only find them in loot and alchemy shops, but I have found them also in clams in some oceans, though if you don't know what your looking for, it is fully possible to drown while harvesting clams. Just something to help you out. Its a very simple and easy app, and much more complete than a lot I have seen. The 60 seconds you have to wait between searches barely even matters. I mean really how impatient you have to be for that to be an issue?
4 ★ I can definitely see the potential utility of the app, but there are a lot of icons beside each recipe and ingredient, and there doesn't seem to be any kind of legend. So it's useless info if you can't decode it! Edit: Thanks for the rply, but some of the categories are still indecipherable. For example, "By cost." What does that mean? Still, thanks for your reply, that does make it somewhat easier to use.
1 ★ I was looking for a better solution than the Web apps out there, this isn't it. You can't revise ingredient lists as you craft, adding items is tedious, and cost/value sorting gives inaccurate results.
4 ★ As a tool for searching ingredients by effect and to find effects of a given ingredient it works well. Putting in what you own is a little cumbersome though, not sure I'll use the potion making function much as a result.
1 ★ Not user friendly in the least. The problem is all the filtering you need to do. Make it simple; add ingredients, make potions.
5 ★ This app is amazing. It has a full list of Ingredients and their effects, which is exactly what I expected from an app like this. This has been so helpful in my conquest of gathering g and alchemy, and the best part, I keep coming back, time and again
4 ★ Just by going into the app I can see that it is going to help me a lot but it also looks like it's gonna take me awhile to figure it all out. Love it already!
1 ★ Not really what I needed. I was just looking for an Alchemy trainer. I just want to add the ingredients I have, and be given the best potions available. This App makes that process far too complicated. It's also hugely unintuitive, with no hints or tips at all. I still have no idea of the difference between 'Any selected', 'All selected' and 'All in selected'! LOL Also, either I'm completely missing something, or the filters don't work. I have all the DLCs unticked, yet their ingredients still appear in the list! And the one minute wait between searches in this free version makes it unusable for my purposes; I need something quick. Yes, I could pay for the Pro version, but I suspect that the constant toing and froing to edit my list of available ingredients, as they get consumed, will be far too cumbersome.
